Anela Malik is the food writer and advocate behind local blog Feed the Malik. Anela is best known for her advocacy for restaurants owned by marginalized peoples, particularly Black-owned restaurants. She created a widely used directory of Black-owned restaurants open in the DC area and has been working to match Black-owned restaurants with free services to help them survive and thrive during the pandemic.
Catherine vanVonno is the President and CEO of 20four7VA, a trusted remote staffing company. She oversees the overall growth and success of the company, leads the short and long-term strategies, and manages the company's finances. While it is certainly a challenge to work with staff from all over the world, her positive attitude and progressive leadership style enabled her to overcome the hurdles and establish a thriving and solid relationship with her team of 50+ talented individuals. On any given day, you'll find Catherine managing her global team right from her kitchen table, demonstrating one of the biggest perks of remote work. Before starting 20four7VA, Catherine worked in the healthcare management industry. She has a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation Methods with a cognate in Applied Statistics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Catherine resides in Berlin, Maryland, and enjoys traveling with her husband in her free time.
Jack Pittas is the president & co-founder of PK Cyber Solutions Inc. He and his business partner initially founded the company to provide cybersecurity and other technology consulting services to small businesses. Later on, they began offering content writing services, specifically on more complex, technical topics, which is now their exclusive service offering. Prior to starting his business, Jack had worked as a commercial lines insurance producer at a locally owned insurance agency, where he developed many small business management skills that he utilizes today.

LuAnn Oliver is a Psychotherapist and founder of Heartswell, a holistic mental health practice group in Arlington, VA.
