Adell is the sole employee of her international business comprised of yoga, health, and travel. She herself has been travelling all over the world for the last two years to teach yoga and along the way has learned many lessons both in her personal life and for her business. Her mission is to inspire and encourage people to live their best lives by understanding what their own unique individual path is, and she does that through her instagram, blogs, yoga teaching, and with her health coaching.
