Stephanie Davis has been on the front-lines addressing issues of harassment and discrimination within organizations of all sizes for more than 20 years - both as an employment attorney in New York and since joining Employment Practices Solutions (EPS) in 2000. EPS collaborates with organizations nationwide to build respect through high-quality training, objective and unbiased complaint investigations, human resources and employment law expert testimony, and a wide range of human resources consulting services. In her role as a consultant, Stephanie delivered thousands of training sessions and investigated hundreds of workplace complaints of all kinds from sexual harassment to retaliation to bullying. Currently, Stephanie leads EPS as its President. She received her B.S. in Political Science from Barnard College and her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.

A founder and a CEO of a machine learning startup NANOS.AI, with 10+ computer scientists, who turn the process of creating and placing online advertisements into a simple, automated and transparent action. A former Walt Disney Imagineering cast member - founded and developed an innovation group within Disney Research in a collaboration with the Computer Graphics Laboratory at the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). Background in math, finance and law, with 20+ patents in multimedia, previsualisation, machine learning and online marketing technologies and publications at ACM IUI, IEEE InfoVis, IAAI and ICIDS.

Steve Turner is a Principal with Solomon Turner PR in St. Louis. Solomon Turner was started by Steve and his partner Shelly Solomon in 1990 and is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2020. The firm has won several awards including Small Business Monthly's list of Top PR firms in St. Louis for 11 years in a row and Steve was recently named a Rockstar Publicist by Thrive Global and Authority Magazine. Steve has worked with clients in both the B2B and B2C sectors. Clients have included Anthony Robbins Seminars, Coldwell Banker, HealthSouth, Northwestern Mutual, and dozens of companies on a national and local basis. Today Steve and Solomon Turner's focus is primarily to help amplify the brand of small and mid-sized businesses. Steve is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.

Career Change Agent and life coach Sara McArdle wasn’t born with an obvious “calling.” In fact, while she knew when she started working as a professional graphic designer that something was missing, she waited nearly 20 years to make a change. In 2013, she began practicing Compassionate Communication?a discipline that helps people transform negative self-talk, identify what matters most to them and take steps toward a more wonderful life. Her experience of empowering herself and others was so transformative that she pursued a Whole Person Coach® certification and launched a business to help women recognize and make the most of their unique gifts, and (like her) find work they’re madly in love with. Today, she works one-on-one coaching women, she hosts workshops and events, and has her own podcast, called "Women Who Went for It," that features inspiring chats with successful career changers.

Having cycled through 20+ professions by the age of 25, I had a very clear idea on what I DIDN'T want to do. I decided to scrape together a small amount of savings, and plan what I was going to do as a career. I only knew that I didn't want to report to a boss, nor did I want to request permission to take a vacation. Based on those two self-set rules, I began working on my online fitness coaching business.
