Christina Baucom is an attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Headquartered in Alexandria, Va, the USPTO is the federal agency responsible for granting U.S. patents and registering trademarks. Throughout her education and career, Ms. Calloway has sought to merge her personal passion for the arts and professional pursuits in public service. She is a Board member of the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Association and was recently appointed to the City’s Commission for the Arts. She frequently speaks and/or volunteers in educating small business owners and creatives about their intellectual property. She is the digital content creator of sharpandsound.com focusing on local lifestyle and style inspiration.

Christine Searle, owner of Searle Business Solutions, LLC, is a financial control expert with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses and non-profits understand and get control over their finances and taxes. She provides tax preparation and planning services and financial process consulting. Christine is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified in Risk Management Assurance, and an Enrolled Agent. She also volunteers with and supports several Arlington-based social safety net nonprofits.

Carol Tice is the founder of the award-winning Make a Living Writing blog (founded 2008) and Freelance Writers Den paid membership community (founded 2011), which now has 1400 members. She coaches home-based freelance writers on how to grow their income with her proven program, Freelance Writers Den 2X Income Accelerator. Her own freelance business ramped to six figures in the downturn of ‘08-’10. Her freelance clients have included Forbes, Entrepreneur, Seattle Magazine, Delta Sky, Costco, American Express, Deloitte, and many more. She’s the author of 2 print books and 10+ e-books.

Christen Johnson is the CEO, Founder of a couple of different entities. At SophisticatedChic Brand, she is the Personal Style Coach for professional women helping them to determine their unique body shapes in order to hone in on a personal style that makes them feel the most confident. At Project Style University she coaches aspiring and emerging wardrobe stylists through the growing pains of building a successful styling business in the fashion industry.

When she's not coaching, or speaking to individuals about elevating themselves in style, she's figuring out new ways to expand her knowledge in business, spending time with family and friends or jamming to some of her favorite songs.
