The two trained under a highly-skilled milliner in New York City before launching the company in October 2019. By trade, Ray is a Physical Therapist and Phil is an Engineer. The two are both close friends and brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Casandra founded the self-esteem empowerment movement, Be Pretty Inside, Inc; is the founder and CEO of the Live Greater Institute; and also the host of the Grow Thru It podcast. Casandra has a son in high school, a bonus son in junior high school, and is a wife to the love of her life. Casandra can be found on all social media platforms.

Rachael is the owner of Fiori Marketing, a social media and digital marketing firm based in Spokane, WA.
