Medical school at Ross University, Residency in Internal Medicine at University of Southern California (USC) and Fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the University of Arizona. Located in Santa Monica, California. My vision for health and wellness is beauty and health from the inside out.

He started his entrepreneurial career as a 16 year old high school student when he purchased a retail surf shop in his hometown of Sydney Australia. Since then he has gone on to create a number of other startups and is currently working on Task Pigeon, a straight-forward, yet powerful task management application for individuals and teams.
Dr. Eleni Boosalis is co owner of Del Ray Psych and Wellness in Alexandria VA. She has been a licensed clinical psychologist for 12 years. Her passion is working with individuals with anxiety and depression to help them become the best version of themselves. Del Ray Psych and Wellness is less than 2 years old and employs 8 therapists that utilize a holistic treatment approach in psychotherapy. Del Ray Psych was named a finalist by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce for the Best New Business Award in 2019.
Tiffiney Cornish is a brand expert with over 10 years of marketing and business development experience. She worked as an Industrial Engineer for Estee Lauder helping to streamline production processes to increase revenue and accuracy of output projections. She also spent 8 years in the fashion industry as a model and creative director. In 2014, she started TC Creatives: Branding and Design Studio which focused on developing brands for small corporations and individuals.
Larissa Rzemienski is a licensed professional counselor and a yoga teacher. She serves as a lululemon ambassador, and is also a cohost on The Jeremy Jude Podcast: A Shameless Podcast on Mental Health. She is passionate about mental health and helping others. She works hard and stays humble and passionate through it all!

Dale has been introduced as "The happiest man I know." The impetus for his books on confidence came from the fact that with 18 months over a half dozen people told him "I want your life." Since them many more have echoed that sentiment.

While spending her time being a bartender at Reliable Tavern she founded Chocolate City's Best, a platform to connect people of color to opportunities in the hospitality industry for their own career growth. Kapri has gone on to win cocktail competitions and has been acknowledged on multiple platforms. Kapri has been welcomed onto Good Morning Washington as well as featured in a two-page article in the Washington Post Express. Kapri has also been welcomed onto many podcast magazines, such as Edible DC, about her dedication to growing Chocolate City's Best and educating herself and her community

I fell into Fitness, Health and Wellness by accident when I was trying to find more natural ways to treat my depression and anxiety and quickly learned that my passion was to help others to help themselves become who they want to be, even if they are unsure of what that is!
The inspiration behind starting her own business was that she married a descendant of the revolutionary women’s rights activist, Amelia Bloomer. Amelia created and produced the first women's newspaper The Lily, in 1849 promoting events and discussing issues important to women of the time.
Amelia was even more well known for popularizing a radically new, and comfy, style of dress; and that is where the term “bloomers” comes from.👖 Amelia was a revolutionary for women’s fashion and social reform; Amy aspire to be a revolutionary for women’s space.
