Ce’Aira Brown is a professional track athlete with a psychology degree from Hampton University. Ce’Aira and her fiancé, Fortune 500 corporate accountant André, formed DreamAgain, a company based on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision. DreamAgain offers services for financial and psychological treatments for devalued individuals and communities. With over 600 members, DreamAgain provides a tax service, financial advice, and a women’s empowerment chatroom. Ce’Aira and André met through mutual friends while running track at state competitions and in the same conference in college. Ce’Aira grew up without a mom and André lost both of his parents at a young age. Their shared pain has brought them closer.

Blaire Brown is a Brand Strategist and Marketing Expert that specializes in helping entrepreneurs evolve their businesses. With over a decade being spent in New York City's fast-paced competitive environments, her career has been primarily based in entrepreneurial endeavors, marketing, and PR. She recently created and launched her Focused Branding online course that helps new female entrepreneurs set their brand messaging foundation for success. Blaire creates value for brands through marketing consultation services, strategic writing that maximizes brand objectives, and is an expert at building brand stories to reach targeted audiences. She is currently based in Annapolis, Maryland.
Jeremy Herte is a Digital Marketer and Content Creator. After graduating from Hampton University in 2013, he began his career in management consulting before switching to a career in social media and content creation. From 2016-2017 Jeremy hosted and produced the podcast, “For The Culture Radio” interviewing up and coming DC hip-hop and r&b artists. Now focusing completely on black masculinity, Jeremy hosts the podcast, "Let's Talk Bruh".
