Adam Roberts is the Executive Director of Bethesda Green, a Maryland nonprofit organization that is working to address environmental challenges locally by creating a sustainable, green community, built collaboratively through citizen engagement, environmental education, government partnership and innovative business development. They focus on local environmental projects such as increasing access to recycling and composting or planting raingardens to mitigate storm-water runoff; run an environmental education program for local high school students; and maintain the Bethesda Green Innovation Lab, which cultivates and nurtures eco-entrepreneurs, working to create businesses based on sustainability. He has spent three decades in the nonprofit sector, previously focused on international animal protection and wildlife conservation.

Catherine vanVonno is the President and CEO of 20four7VA, a trusted remote staffing company. She oversees the overall growth and success of the company, leads the short and long-term strategies, and manages the company's finances. While it is certainly a challenge to work with staff from all over the world, her positive attitude and progressive leadership style enabled her to overcome the hurdles and establish a thriving and solid relationship with her team of 50+ talented individuals. On any given day, you'll find Catherine managing her global team right from her kitchen table, demonstrating one of the biggest perks of remote work. Before starting 20four7VA, Catherine worked in the healthcare management industry. She has a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation Methods with a cognate in Applied Statistics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Catherine resides in Berlin, Maryland, and enjoys traveling with her husband in her free time.

Chelsea is now a website developer, primarily for services based business and online entrepreneurs, and content photographer for companies all over the world.

He is the CEO and founder of MillionDollarSellers.com (MDS) an elite, mastermind Amazon group with nearly 400 sellers representing over $4 billion in 2019 Amazon sales. In his continued mission to empower emerging brands, Ian is the co-founder and CEO of RebateKey.com a rapidly-growing, online cash-back rebate and coupon marketplace.

Blaire Brown is a Brand Strategist and Marketing Expert that specializes in helping entrepreneurs evolve their businesses. With over a decade being spent in New York City's fast-paced competitive environments, her career has been primarily based in entrepreneurial endeavors, marketing, and PR. She recently created and launched her Focused Branding online course that helps new female entrepreneurs set their brand messaging foundation for success. Blaire creates value for brands through marketing consultation services, strategic writing that maximizes brand objectives, and is an expert at building brand stories to reach targeted audiences. She is currently based in Annapolis, Maryland.
