Earl T. Murray III is the President & CEO of The Entrepreneur’s Accountants. The firm provides training and financial consulting services to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profits. Throughout his career, he has managed the financial operation of companies up to $5 Million in Gross Revenue Annually and has secured over $4M in funding for small businesses and non-profit organizations through contracts, grants, and individual giving. He has earned a Master of Arts in Financial Planning & Law from Regent University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia.

Winston Hofer is a marketing consultant and Founder & CEO at Madroit Marketing. After a failed semi-pro hockey career, and several jobs spent working for someone else, Winston decided that he needed more freedom and bootstrapped his company starting from nothing. The lessons and strategies he’s learned along the way are what have helped him grow his business into the success that it is today, along with relationship building and hiring smart. As an entrepreneur and business owner now since 2012, he has realized his passion which is to help small business owners get more sales & referrals and build & market their businesses. He enjoys taking on new challenges (if only to prove to himself that he can), and making himself better every single day by learning something new.

During this time, he led teams in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Commodity Management, Operations, Marketing & Sales and conducted business in over 25 different countries. More recently, Brian founded MJ Strategic Group, a consulting firm partnering with companies to drive strategic focus in areas of Leadership, Sales & Marketing and People Resources. He had his team look to bring their experiences and expertise to clients to create a path to achieving their potential.

Tom Spiggle is author of the book “You’re Pregnant? Josh Fowler is the founder and CEO of Armaloo, a boutique ad agency based in Hampton VA. With a strong focus in content creation, Armaloo exists for 2 reasons: to maximize the positive exposure of their clients and create an amazing place to work. Starting out as a professional in the music industry, Josh started getting into film in 2007 but after some on again / off again breaks, got really serious about it in 2012. In 2015 he was able to leave his full time job to pursue building his wife's company, Fowler Studios. In 2018, the concept of Armaloo was born and in April of 2019, Armaloo became its own brand and company. Josh and his team are energized when they can be creative, bend the rules, and know that they're fulfilling their mission as a company.
