Since 1985 David has focused on improving the quality of care for thousands of seniors and disabled persons. David is highly respected as a visionary and an authority in the field of home care. Prior to starting Careshyft, David co-founded Companion Connection Senior Care, a National Membership Organization. This membership organization is dedicated to teaching others how to start their own non-medical home care companies and begin filling the great demand for these services. The Road to Success, Vol. 2 - Co-Authored by David Goodman David also co-founded and grew Expert Home Care into one of New Jersey’s most successful home care agencies with an emphasis on live-in care.

Jennifer Schaus runs a successful consulting firm in the heart of Washington DC. Jennifer and her team started the business almost 20 years ago with the passion to help businesses understand and navigate the complex market of federal government contracting. In short, the firm helps established firms identify opportunities and secure the right tools in order to be successful in winning these competitive contracts. Clients include major Fortune 500 firms, publicly traded entities, and a host of product, service and software firms from around the globe. Jennifer has compiled a vast library of of over 450 complimentary webinars on public sector procurement. Pre-COVID the firm curated and hosted networking events for government contractors at the notable John F Kennedy Center and other fashionable venues.

David Hamilton was a first generation college grad and started his career in Corporate Finance for Fortune 150 company. In his twenties, he became CFO for the company’s clinical trial organization and got his MBA from Harvard Business School. After his MBA he became CFO for his company’s two largest products and helped grow revenue by $1B in one year. This work helped ignite a passion for marketing and media and led to the founding of Oppilo, a digital marketing agency, focused on Small to Medium sized businesses and start-ups.

Tiffany Parra is considered to be one of the top Gen-Z content creators on LinkedIn. As the host of the iTunes top-charting "Work In Progress" podcast, Tiffany interviews up-and-coming creatives and entrepreneurs to find the blueprint on how they got started to encourage others to start their own projects.
