Marion Zola has always been a writer and animal lover. Her first writing was poetry, until she began writing screenplays and sitcoms. Eventually, she wrote her first book, “All The Good Ones Are Married,” which became a Lifetime movie. Along the way she began producing with a vampire movie and, for the last few years, a show on shelter dogs entitled “Shelter Me. Her second book is “Romancing The Dog, The Struggle to Make a Pound Dog Happy in Beverly Hills.”
Summer Shine found her calling when she had just six months sober from a life long addiction to drugs and alcohol; a juice bar. Luna Juice Bar in Waco, TX had humble beginnings with low start up capitol and one employee. Shine worked hard to turn her small business into a thriving food truck located at Magnolia Silo's, a hip store front on Austin Ave and over half a million dollars in sale last year. She now employees women in the early stages of recovery. In 2015, she and her husband, Ronnie started a recovery house for women in Waco and now serve between 25-30 women annually. Shine is the mother to her best friend and road dog, 21 year-old, Haigon.
Rob Rawson is a former medical doctor turned Entrepreneur. He has started several successful and failed businesses ventures. Now he is the founder and CEO for Time Doctor and Staff.com which are Software-as-a-service businesses with 7 figure revenue and over consistent growth. They have over 5000 customers, 30,000 employees using the software. Rob's companies are completely remote with over 60 people working full time in 28 countries.

Melissa Gruhin is the Founder of Two Halves, a custom-tailored strategic marketing agency for both brands and freelancers. Melissa has a decade of experience in branded, scripted, stand-up entertainment and digital media marketing. Her past roles have been at Buzzfeed, FOX, and Netflix, among others. After almost three years as a Brand + Content Strategy Consultant, Melissa experienced firsthand just how difficult it can be on your own in the world of freelancing and sought out every community and collective she could to support her on her journey to success as a solopreneur.
