Dave is the co-host of The Business of Digital Podcast and runs Chicago-based digital agency NorthSide Metrics. Dave is an internationally recognized speaker and can be found sharing his digital marketing wisdom at conferences like PubCon, Midwest Digital Marketing Conference, and the Craft Brewer's Conference.

Birch Thomas is a commercial photographer born and raised in the DC area. She picked up a camera for the first time in 2016 and in five short years she went from taking photos in her spare time to running her own photography business and making it her full-time career. After a decade of working a 9-5 in operations and finance Birch took all of the skills and lessons she learned in her business experience to grow her side hustle into her own creative business. She works with a diverse range of local and national clients and enjoys the challenge that comes with creating something truly unique for every person she collaborates with. Her passion lies in creating work that supports the businesses of other creative entrepreneurs in their pursuit.

Cullen Raichart, Founder and CEO of GreenBroz, Inc. has more than 12 years of experience as an entrepreneur and inventor. A Veteran of the United States Armed Forces, Cullen is driven to create American-made products that offer solutions to the growing agriculture industry.

Prior to founding GreenBroz, Inc., Cullen worked in the corporate world for a Fortune 500 company until realizing his passion for creating innovative products. His goal became the streamlining of the harvesting processes and, in turn, reducing growers time and costs.

Cullen is considered a distinguished inventor whose drive has earned him a reputation as a pioneer in automation in emerging agricultural markets.

Cullen’s vision for end-to-end harvesting technology has led GreenBroz, Inc. to become a world leader in automated harvesting solutions.

Dee Dee Eberle is the Owner of Your Wild Pantry Meal Solutions. She works with the busiest people in the world to help them get an easy, stress-free and healthy meal on the table so they can spend time where it matters most!

Through her business offerings, she provides concierge level meal prep, pantry management, cooking classes, and guided meal prep to clients virtually and in-person. Dee Dee works with clients to find the best fit for specific diets, food allergies and grocery budgets, providing customized meal plans that help clients stay on track with healthy meal options with recipes, nutritional info, grocery lists and prep tips.

David Karandish is Founder & CEO of Capacity – an enterprise artificial intelligence SaaS company headquartered in St. Louis, MO. Capacity’s secure, AI-native support automation platform helps teams do their best work. Prior to starting Capacity, David was the CEO of Answers Corp. He and his business partner Chris Sims started the parent company of Answers in 2006 and sold it to a private equity firm in 2014 for north of $900m. David sits on the boards of Varsity Tutors (an on-demand, real-time learning platform in the ed tech space), Create a Loop (a computer science education non-profit tackling the digital divide by teaching kids to code), and Prepare.ai (a non-profit providing educational resources and strategic guidance about Artificial Intelligence to individuals, communities, and companies). David lives in St. Louis with his wife, Erin and four kids. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing ukulele.
