Summer Jelinek has been a speaker and trainer for more than 6 years. She has 20 years leadership experience working with companies such as Walt Disney World, Disney Institute and H-E-B/Central Market. Her passion is connecting with audiences around the world-particularly audiences looking for the magic in leadership.

Sahar is an Iranian immigrant, neutralized American who fled to America to pursue her higher education degree which she was banned by the government of Iran due to her religion beliefs. Here in the U.S, she attended University of Maryland, college park and received her B.A in Cell Biology and Molecular genetics. She worked at biotech companies for few years before she realized cooperate job is not a good fit for her or her growing family. Sahar's passion for cooking fresh homemade meals and research proofs of positive impacts of gut health and fit brain were driving forces to establish her Persian Fusion simmer sauce company, Spice of Life, L.L.C.

Shantay Carter better known as The Nurse Philanthropist, has been a registered nurse for the past 21 years. She is the Founder of Women Of Integrity Inc., Men Of Integrity Inc., and Co-founder of Nurses Of Integrity. She's an award winning Empowerment Leader and Public Speaker. She is also the Best Selling Author of Destined For Greatness. Shantay is a proud member of the NAACP, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, The Nassau County Medical Reserve Corp., The NY Chapter of the American Nurses Association, and the Greater NYC Black Nurses Association. Her passion & purpose is to educate, empower, and inspire the youth and her fellow nurses. Shantay believes that being of service is one of the greatest rewards in life.
