Our organization provides dynamic empowerment coaching to between the ages to women between 18-65+ giving them the essential tools needed to thrive as valued and empowered women. We work on many impactful initiatives to improve the lives of others and are very proud of the work we do. Emily Weisgrau is the president of Weiswood Strategies Ltd, which helps mission-driven organizations increase contributions and deepen donor engagement. Emily works with leading nonprofit organizations on strategic fundraising communications, bringing 25 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, and nonprofit management. She is a graduate of Vassar College and American University.

Originally from Cameroon and raised in New York City, Edgar Ndjatou (ja-too) is passionate about creating workplaces that value fair treatment, trust, and open communications. Edgar also embraces change and the opportunity it brings, which helps him connect with individuals dealing with difficult career obstacles. Before founding Officium, Edgar practiced employment law for nine years, including co-managing his own law firm. Edgar has developed a wide knowledge base to assist a client in making competent human resources decisions or to guide a client in enhancing their personal brand. Edgar’s experiences have given him a perspective on how addressing a client’s needs involves using holistic, creative, and reasoned approaches.

Erma is a lifelong Brooklynite, nearly lifelong naturalista, and owner of The Pomade Shop. She created The Pomade Shop to help fill the void all-natural pomade products. When she isn’t creating her healthy hair pomades, Erma writes about health and wellness.

Mr. Ndjatou, a partner at McCree Ndjatou, PLLC, specializes in employment law representing primarily employees as well as small businesses and non-profits. Originally, from Cameroon and raised in New York City, Mr. Ndjatou earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Economics, from Brandeis University. He received his Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law. Mr. Ndjatou is a member of both the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
