Erin Bradley is the Founder and CEO of Zyia Active, an activewear lifestyle brand that believes in embracing physical activity with excitement, vigor, and delight. Since founding the company in 2017, Erin has led Zyia’s growth from inception to its position today as a leading activewear brand. As CEO, Erin is heavily involved in the design process of the company’s high-quality activewear from coordinating product releases to managing production schedules to planning photoshoots. Erin was named a 2020 Ernst & Young LLP National Entrepreneur of the Year®, and Zyia Active has been recognized as a Utah Business Fastest Growing company and a Mountain West Capital Network Emerging Elite company.
Erin Lewis is owner and risk advisor at one of the fastest growing personal lines insurance agencies in the country - Goosehead Insurance. She and her team help families protect and realize their dreams by utilizing unbiased risk management expertise to provide the right insurance coverage at a fair price. She is Founder of The Dream Queen Association & Foundation – an organization dedicated to creating a world where all women and girls have the knowledge and support they need to step into positions of leadership and bring their whole selves to impacting the world, making it a more positive, peaceful, and joyful place to live. Erin currently serves as a Maryland Governor appointed Commissioner for the Governor’s Office on Service & Volunteerism and Steering Committee Member for the Million Women Mentor Maryland Initiative. Erin has been awarded the Business Leadership Woman of Impact Award from the Southern Maryland Women’s League and the Lifetime Legacy Leader Award from the Carolyn E Parker Foundation. Erin received her BA in Economics & Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She is most proud to be the mom of an energetic, strong-willed 5 year old daughter, wife to her husband of 6 years, and step-mom to two athletic boys.
Erica N. Reed is a Psychotherapist and Corporate Trainer and her focus is on Leading From Within to Create Success in All Areas of Life. As a psychotherapist, Erica works with her clients to develop healthy mindsets and behaviors, resulting in higher levels of confidence, loving relationships and an overall feeling of personal fulfillment. Since the workplace has a huge impact on our overall mental health, Erica also provides corporate training to teach organizations how to focus on the human side of business. Her training and keynote presentations focus on optimizing the personal and professional strengths of employees, resulting in high performing and collaborative teams. Taking her clinical and training expertise to the classroom, Erica is an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University and Catholic University of America.

Eric has spent his career in entrepreneurial and leadership roles, including as chairman and CEO of Sensitech, a venture-backed business twice named to the Inc. 500 before being acquired by Carrier Corporation. Eric served as a CEO-partner with Ascent Ventures, as executive chairman of HubCast, and on the board of advisers of the Avedis Zildjian Company. His nonprofit work includes chairing the Gettysburg Foundation and the New England Historic Genealogical Society. He is co-author of "Food Foolish: The Hidden Connection Between Food Waste, Hunger, and Climate Change," and "King Philip's War: The History and Legacy of America's Forgotten Conflict," and author of "Weathermakers to the World." Eric is a graduate of Brown University and the Harvard Business School.
Emily Weisgrau is the president of Weiswood Strategies Ltd, which helps mission-driven organizations increase contributions and deepen donor engagement. Emily works with leading nonprofit organizations on strategic fundraising communications, bringing 25 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, and nonprofit management. She is a graduate of Vassar College and American University.
