He’s also the host of the Chefs Without Restaurants podcast, and the man behind the culinary networking organization of the same name. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chris has been working in the foodservice industry for almost 30 years.

Claudia Cometa is a pharmacist turned business owner who lives her life purposefully and passionately. Dr. Cindy holds a doctorate in organizational communication and worked as a professor of communication before starting Orange Leaf Consulting, a sales management and consulting firm in San Francisco. She has helped hundreds of companies and individuals create dramatic and sustainable growth. Finding the fantastic” between the hustle of surviving life and achieving it. Colleen Dee Tiberius Shumaker is real and authentic. With a twist of learning disabilities, she calls her super powers, her goal is to show people they are not alone in their struggles, and they matter. She is able to do this through her podcast called “Finding the Fantastic” where she sheds light on everyday stereotypes, and the troubles that those bring, to help galvanize and motivate people’s individuality.
Christa was a two-sport division scholarship athlete in Women’s Fast-pitch Softball and Women’s Volleyball at George Mason University. After graduating she played with the Connecticut Brakettes, a Women Majors fast-pitch team. In August 2002 Christa made the Greek National Softball Team which won GOLD at the 2003 European Championships B-Pool. In 2004 she was selected to be an alternate and assistant coach for the team at the OLYMPIC SUMMER GAMES in Athens, Greece. In 2005 she helped the team win an A Pool Silver at the European Championships. In the gym, Christa is known for her sarcasm and her ability to ‘Christa’ people. To be Christa’d is to suddenly find yourself doing something you had no intention of doing. Not a bad trick for a trainer! Christa enjoys spending her time off with Jeff and their son Gordon and her twin girls Eleni & Zephera. She loves anything to do with being outdoors.
Gratitude, service and the importance of community is what drives and inspires Caren of cp:yoga. Her vision was to create a welcoming space for all people to explore their physical and mental well-being through the power of movement while intentionally giving back to the community through fundraising and campaign awareness. Over the course of 2021 she and her community raised $8,000, worked with 11 different organization serving 11 different causes. She has grown her community and following from 3 to 90 unique members, all motivated to make different and impact on the community that surrounds them.
