Christie serves as the Executive Director for Rock Recovery, a nonprofit that helps people overcome eating disorders and mental health challenges by combining clinical and community care. Having gone through recovery herself, she understands the depth of support needed to recover and is passionate about spreading the message that freedom from disordered eating is possible. She is an active speaker and shares her story with organizations and media outlets across the country. Prior to coming on staff at Rock Recovery Christie worked as a consultant with PwC and served as Associate Development Director for Habitat for Humanity's 7th largest national affiliate in Charlotte, NC. Christie now resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Ryan.
Ceola J. is passionate about encouraging and inspiring women to seek and reach their God-given purpose and to live their best lives now! She is the published author of "I Know It Was the Blood: A Story of Overcoming. She is the founder and CEO of CJ Productions, LLC, a faith-based company dedicated to producing projects that create, inspire, and empower through performing arts. Ceola has written & producted five stage plays under the production company. Ceola is also a motivational speaker, and the founder of Sisters Celebrating Each Other, Inc. a nonprofit benefiting single women and single mothers. Coyetta is a CEO, business coach, and the host of the BeingCocoaB podcast. She started MyWaveLife™ Hair 2016 at to allow the natural hair community to freely express themselves while providing beautiful, quality products as inspiration. Over the years she has seen a shift towards entrepreneurship and wanted to allow other women the opportunity to own their own business by creating a comprehensive course and coaching services to guide them through the process. Her desire is empower and inspire women by being a resource and a support system.

Christine Searle, owner of Searle Business Solutions, LLC, is a financial control expert with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses and non-profits understand and get control over their finances and taxes. She provides tax preparation and planning services and financial process consulting. Christine is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified in Risk Management Assurance, and an Enrolled Agent. She also volunteers with and supports several Arlington-based social safety net nonprofits.
Chris Erhardt is the CEO and co-founder of the online recording studio and music publishing house Tunedly. He co-founded Tunedly in 2015 and led the company through two business accelerators in New York and St. Louis, raised angel and VC funds and now manages a team of five employees and over 30 independent contractors. Throughout his career Chris has become deeply involved in business development and advocacy. He has been a speaker at an increasing number of tech and music conferences, including CMW, several accelerator events, and coast to coast startup festivals.
