Dr. Melissa Briggs-Phillips is a Clinical Psychologist with a non traditional career path. After completing her PhD she spent years serving as Project Director, Executive Director and Chief-of-Staff in various settings. She never stopped teaching as an adjunct professor, and maintained a part time commitment to clinical work. In 2014 she decided to blend her diverse background (managing people, teams, budgets with her therapist self) and launched Next Generation Behavioral Health. She is an Executive Therapist that works with leaders on their internal worlds to they can show up as their best selves in their professional roles. Her teaching these days is speaking and presenting at conferences, with the hopes that people leave thinking about something from a new angle, and action items to use immediately in their lives.
Matia Johnson is a native Washingtonian, strategic communications specialist, visual design guru, screenwriter, and newlywed! She has an undergraduate degree in English and Communications, and a masters in Producing Film and Video. With over 10 years of experience in publications, program development, and communications in both the government and nonprofit field, she has developed a niche for branding and has established Innovative Minds Media, DC’s premier branding agency for small business start ups. “IMM” specializes in digital branding, marketing, and small business tools for Creatives, those who are looking to open their own business, or take their business to the next level. As a rising entrepreneur herself, Matia continues to trust in GOD, determination, skills, and passion to see her dreams, and other people’s, take the shape of reality.
Michael Wang is a United States Veteran turned registered nurse/nurse practitioner. He has vast clinical experience in cardiothoracic surgery and direct patient care at the bedside. In addition, he holds numerous patents on innovate technologies in both the healthcare and hospitality industry and has founded numerous successful companies. While obtaining a degree in nursing at Columbia, he met fellow nurse Paul Coyne, and together, they invented iN, the world's first cognitive patient care assistant. Mike now serves as CEO & Founder of Inspiren, an award winning healthcare technology company.

Marshall has been involved in online marketing for over 12 years. He has been living and traveling in his RV for over 6 years.
