Amber Duggan is the Executive Director of We the Dogs Inc, which is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that was formed by five women from the DC area. We the Dogs has teams in Washington DC and New York City, and their mission is to connect dog owners and advocates so that they can work together to raise donations for animal rescue organizations in the community.
Alexis Haselberger is a time management and productivity coach. She honed these skills during the first 15+ years of her career managing operations and HR at several early-stage start-ups, where there was always way more to do than people to do it. Alexis believes that work-life balance is essential for everyone, even though the definition is different for everyone. Through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and corporate workshops, Alexis helps people, and teams, do more, stress less and build the balance that's right for them.
Alyssa started The Rogue Petal Co. in 2019 when she found a niche in the wedding market. After creating artificial floral arrangements for her wedding to cut costs, she found that the flowers were not only cost effective, but had the ability to look realistic, were very low-maintenance on the day, and proved to be a sustainable floral option. The Rogue Petal Co. focuses on upscale, artificial and dried floral arrangements for weddings via pre-designed collections or custom wedding orders created with clients from scratch. Best friends Amy and Kate were celebrating their shared birthday in 2017 when the conversation turned to how amazing women are when they join together for a common goal.
