Best friends Amy and Kate were celebrating their shared birthday in 2017 when the conversation turned to how amazing women are when they join together for a common goal. A few months an official idea was idea sprouted and Rowan Tree coworking and cogrowth community was born. Offering both virtual and in-person memberships, they are pioneering a new way to work. Geared for women and welcome to ALL, Rowan Tree offers an inclusive, safe, and open community and coworking space. Within their growth ecosystem of women entrepreneurs and passionate allies, they intentionally foster a community of connection, collaboration, and inspiration. They infuse a mix of wellness, creativity, laughter, self-health, and kindness into their Rowgramming. In the last year, they offered over 200 workshops on professional, business, personal, well-being, and creative growth.
Andrew Goren is the founder and CEO of Harmony Helper. As a passionate musical theatre actor, Andrew has been on a quest to develop the perfect way to learn and sharpen singing and harmonizing abilities. With over 10 years of singing/performing experience, his unique insights and vision have led to the creation of the amazing and elegant Harmony Helper app. With his leadership, Harmony Helper is helping singers of all kind effectively practice and improve singing performance anywhere, anytime, removing traditional rehearsal barriers so singers can deliver their best performances.

Abby has always had a passion for sports specially cheering on her Ohio State Buckeyes and all Cleveland sports teams. She wanted to find an outlet to talk about sports where she didn't have to fit a certain mold as a woman talking about sports. Many women on national sports platforms become a mediator in these conversations, and Abby wanted to speak her mind without having to change who she is. And thus, Rollin' With the Winners Podcast began.
Amy is the co-founder of Inbound Back Office, back-office support for marketing agencies. She comes from a long background of working in the corporate world as an administrative assistant in many different industries. IBO started as a freelance side hustle, but it grew so fast, that she decided joined forces with Michael Reynolds, former marketing agency owner, so they could manage it together. Today IBO is a 57-employee, fully-remote, booming business. Amy resides in Pennsylvania with her amazing husband and a handful of kids and dogs.

Aliza Sherman is a web pioneer who founded the first woman-owned Internet company, Cybergrrl, Inc., and the first organization for women to learn about the Internet in the 90s, Webgrrls International. She is the author of 12 books including Cannabis and CBD for Health and Wellness: An Essential Guide for Using Nature’s Medicine to Relieve Stress, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Inflammation, and More, The Happy, Healthy Nonprofit and Social Media Engagement for Dummies. Andy Moeschberger (mesh-burger) is a camp director at Gold Arrow Camp in central California. He spent 14 years as a high school social studies teacher before he transitioned to camp full time. He has two young daughters and is a Griffyndor married to a Slytherin.
