Amanda Mottola is the owner of a marketing firm called Otraway. She started her life journey in Asuncion, Paraguay. She later returned to South American to find her birth family, the poverty and realization that this is where she could be fueled her desire to live life to the fullest and do honest work for the good of the world. To date, Otraway has taken less and contributed thousands of dollars to organizations supporting veterans, first responders, children and families.

Amelia Roberts is a digital native who officially became a practitioner of online marketing twelve years ago with a role as a virtual assistant. Student loans from nursing school inspired her to put her love of observing human nature, showing empathy and previous marketing experience to work in new ways and as a result, she was able to pay off her student loans in under 2 years.

Alexandra Isenegger is the CEO and co-founder of Linkilaw – the legal platform for startups and SMEs. At 21, Alexandra left her corporate law firm job, with a clear focus on marking legal work transparent and accessible to startups. Born and raised in the Washington, DC Metro area, Andrea graduated with an Accounting degree from the University of Maryland at College Park. An active member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals), since the start of her business in 2010, she works with her team to help their clients to work hands-on with their clients from strategy, implementation, and (for those who are open to creating positive change) organizing coaching.
