Sylvia Scott is the founder and CEO of the Girls' C.E.O. Connection which she launched in 2009. Her passion is to help high school girls build bright and fulfilling self-sufficient futures. She want to see independent thinking cultivated within a global community of young female entrepreneurs. Her goal for the Girls' C.E.O. Connection is to equip and motivate the girls with skills and traits of accomplished women entrepreneurs. Sylvia's personal commitment is to expand opportunities for them within entrepreneurship. Sylvia is an Ambassador for WED/Women's® Entrepreneurship Day. From 2016 to 2020 she was an e-mentor for Afghan women entrepreneurs enrolled in the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women's Peace Through Business® Program. She is also a business counselor with the Coachella Valley Women's Business Center.
I grew up in a one-stoplight town in rural Pennsylvania in the U.S. In 1999, at age 23, I moved to Costa Rica. Via a fateful "roommate wanted" ad, I met a fellow U.S. expat. With little money and less experience, we started an online travel agency. Today we're the largest in Central America, designing high-end, custom trips to Costa Rica, Panama, Belize & beyond.
Ginny is an entrepreneur with multiple patents/trademarks. Ginny's product widely sold in World Class spa resorts and on QVC, made appearances on NBC, CBS, FOX News and written about in many national magazines. Ginny’s first novel. “What Is Normal?” made the top 40 most inspirational list in Gladys Magazine. She has been on radio and TV, talking about her book, most recently on ABC’s morning show, “Believe in Yourself.” Currently, Ginny’s focus is on landing a movie deal for the screenplay, “WIN”, based on her novel, “What Is Normal?” an edgy,feature length drama,based on her life.

After leaving her successful career as a Buyer in Corporate America due to severe burn out, anxiety and lack of fulfillment, she began her own Coaching Business full time. She now focuses on helping young professionals find clarity and purpose in their lives, navigate overwhelm, connect to their authentic selves, and take the next step towards success in their lives and careers. She has a unique perspective on coaching work that makes yogic philosophy, spirituality, and personal development accessible and applicable to high-achieving young professionals in Corporate America.

Tom Murry is the retired CEO of Calvin Klein, where ran the company for 17 years and facilitated the brand’s growth from 2.8 billion to $8 billion. Prior to that, he spent the majority of his career working for iconic fashion brands including Tahari and Evan Piccone. He has worked with (and learned from) the most recognized names in fashion, as well as titans of the business world. With the same no-nonsense approach that he applies to fashion, Tom shares his knowledge about business, leadership, and creating a career that one can be both proud of and one that is of service to others. He and his beloved junior-high sweetheart, Lynda Murry, recently celebrated 43 years of marriage and now reside in Palm Beach, Florida.
