While it is certainly a challenge to work with staff from all over the world, her positive attitude and progressive leadership style enabled her to overcome the hurdles and establish a thriving and solid relationship with her team of 50+ talented individuals. On any given day, you'll find Catherine managing her global team right from her kitchen table, demonstrating one of the biggest perks of remote work. Before starting 20four7VA, Catherine worked in the healthcare management industry. She has a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation Methods with a cognate in Applied Statistics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Catherine resides in Berlin, Maryland, and enjoys traveling with her husband in her free time.

Chase Louderback, a Virginia native, began his real estate career in 2012 as a sophomore in college with the purchase of his first investment property. In the past 7 years, he has renovated numerous single-family homes to rent or resell and has subsequently co-founded Lioncrest Investments LLC, a manufactured home community investment company in 2019.

Christel Wekon-Kemeni, also known as "Dr. Dub", is currently a Pediatric Resident Physician at the University of North Carolina Children's Hospital who is also the creator of the Black Man, M.D. blog, a blog designed to not only inspire those who are thinking about entering the field of healthcare but also to crush the negative stereotypes that members of minority communities face on a regular basis. Christel was born in Boston, MA, raised in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Miami, and earned his medical degree from the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He started the Black Man, M.D. blog shortly before starting medical school and has since then not only continued to share his ongoing story with his readers on a consistent basis, but has also highlighted other minority students and professionals in the healthcare field, has shared useful and practical advice as well as positive energy with the readers, and has even used his platform to start a scholarship program for high school students!
Living a life of wellness has always been a part of him - since growing up eating fresh food from his grandparents' garden, playing baseball throughout school and enjoying time in the mountains surrounding his family's southwest VA home. After six years of active duty, Chase was medically discharged from the military due a string of injuries that ultimately required him to have bilateral reconstructive hip surgeries. After learning how to walk again, twice, exercise as medicine and healthy lifestyle modifications became his passion.
Entrepreneur, Speaker and Artist, Chris is the founder of Piccles - a collaborative drawing experience to amplify creative expression. Winner of the MIT Creative Arts and the Hacking Health competitions, he can be found running workshops, running companies, or running through the woods in his free time.
Christie serves as the Executive Director for Rock Recovery, a nonprofit that helps people overcome eating disorders and mental health challenges by combining clinical and community care. Having gone through recovery herself, she understands the depth of support needed to recover and is passionate about spreading the message that freedom from disordered eating is possible. She is an active speaker and shares her story with organizations and media outlets across the country. Prior to coming on staff at Rock Recovery Christie worked as a consultant with PwC and served as Associate Development Director for Habitat for Humanity's 7th largest national affiliate in Charlotte, NC. Christie now resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Ryan.
Christie Lawler is the Founder and Owner of CJL CONSULTiNG, a niche marketing agency that primarily serves the national hospitality industry, She is also the Founder and Director of The WITI Group, a nonprofit foundation that supports the future female leaders of the food and beverage industry through mentorship, emotional and financial support. Christie is also host of the Lawler Out Loud Podcast, soon to be a published author, a public speaker and most recently she added inventor to her list of attributes as she just launched her own infusion line - JAB MiXOLOGY.
Calista Redmond is the CEO of RISC-V International with a mission to expand and engage RISC-V stakeholders, compel industry adoption, and increase visibility and opportunity for RISC-V within and beyond RISC-V International. Prior to RISC-V International, Calista held a variety of roles at IBM, including Vice President of IBM Z Ecosystem where she led strategic relationships across software vendors, system integrators, business partners, developer communities, and broader engagement across the industry. Prior to IBM, she was an entrepreneur in four successful start-ups in the IT industry. Calista holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Northwestern University.
