Growing up in The Bronx, NYC, the middle of three first-generation kids, Brittany Pogue-Mohammed Acosta's mother (of Irish and Scandinavian descent) and her father (who immigrated from Trinidad), both extremely proud people, ensured they knew what their kids were mixed with and that they took equal pride in both sides. Now that her and her husband Daniel (Puerto Rican and Black) have a daughter of their own, Brittany found herself constantly searching for products for her--books, toys and apparel that depicted a variety of skin tones, that spoke to a child who is racially diverse--but all that she found were hair care products. So, she decided to create what she was looking for herself: a site that caters to biracial and multiracial individuals; a community where all mixed race people can share experiences, ask questions and just talk about the unique issues they face as racially diverse individuals. The goal at Mosaic the Label is to enable mixed race individuals to show pride in their mix, to feel seen, to be heard and understood. At Mosaic, they want you to know that it’s good to live in the in-between--you do not have to choose a side. Afterall, it’s the parts that make the whole.

Brian is a computer scientist, entrepreneur, and angel investor. Brian currently serves as Chairman of Gillware, which provides cyber risk assessments, data recovery, incident response, and digital forensics services. He is a co-founder of Phoenix Nuclear Labs and served on PNL’s board from inception to when it decided to spin-off SHINE Medical Technologies. Those two companies have raised over 100 million dollars of venture capital and employ hundreds of people in Wisconsin.

Dr. Bindiya Gandhi is double boarded by the American Board Family Medicine as well as the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Physicians. She completed her family medicine training from Georgia Regents University/Medical College of Georgia June 2014. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Georgia with Bachelors of Science in Biology and Psychology in 2004 and her Doctor of Medicine at American University of Antigua College of Medicine in 2010. She completed an Integrative medicine fellowship at the University of Arizona with Dr. Andrew Weil in 2016. She also completed Functional Medicine Training with the Institute of Functional Medicine in 2017.

BILL FLYNN has more than thirty years of experience working for and advising hundreds of companies, including startups, where he has a long track record of success. After working for ten different high-tech startups in different market segments such as speech recognition, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing where he was a VP of Sales eight times, twice a CMO and once a GM of a division of a $100MM IT services company, he pivoted to becoming a business growth coach. Prior to, he had five successful outcomes, two IPOs, and seven acquisitions, including a turnaround during the 2008 financial crisis.

Bill is a multi-certified growth coach, has a Certificate with Distinction – Foundations of NeuroLeadership, is a Certified Predictive Index Partner, author and international speaker. Bill’s best-selling book – Further, Faster – The Vital Few Steps that Take the Guesswork out of Growth continues to garner a 5-Star rating.

Barbara Maheshwari is currently building the biggest virtual assistance hub in Europe - Remote Bob. She is a Go-to-Market Consultant, working across the UK, UAE, Croatia and India. Barbara was the youngest graduate from Executive MBA in Business school Cotrugli and she is passionate about helping people and building businesses.
