Bobbie Carlton is the founder of Innovation Women, an online self-service speaker bureau for women. Carlton talks about public speaking for women and how it can be the driving force behind career growth and business success. She gives more than 100 presentations a year, including hosting her own monthly event, Innovation Nights; speaking at the United Nations; and being on the main stage for some of the world’s best-known conferences for technical and professional women.

Buwa Binitie is the CEO and Founder of Dumas Collective where he directs the acquisition, development, management, and financial activities of the firm. Under the development division Dantes Partners, Mr. Binitie obtained extensive tax credit financing experience (LIHTC, NMTC and HTC) and has closed on financing from nearly every public capital source available including HOME, HPTF, NSP, CDBG and NIF. Mr. Binitie maintains a narrow focus on creatively structuring deals that strive to address the need of his clients, community stakeholders as well as various government agency partners. By narrowly focusing on efficiently financing community development transactions, Mr. Binitie has been successful in adding value beyond the numbers. His career is underscored by a commitment to creating and preserving affordable and workforce housing. Since founding Dantes Partners, Mr. Binitie and the collective have closed nearly $1.6 billion of unconventional real estate transactions that utilize low-income tax credits, new market tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and various other forms of alternative financing. Mr. Binitie is the former Chairman of DC Housing Finance Agency Board of Directors and a Board Member of DC Building Industry Association.

Barbara Maheshwari is currently building the biggest virtual assistance hub in Europe - Remote Bob. She is a Go-to-Market Consultant, working across the UK, UAE, Croatia and India. Barbara was the youngest graduate from Executive MBA in Business school Cotrugli and she is passionate about helping people and building businesses.

Brianna Socci is an emerging industry leader in digital healthcare. She co-founded UBERDOC as a direct-to-doctor platform for individuals to get immediate access to doctors without insurance obstacles. Brianna has led multi-million dollar investment rounds, making UBERDOC one of the few female-founded companies to receive venture capital funding. She has been featured in several business and technology publications, including Authority Magazine and ThriveGlobal and was a TiE NY Pitch finalist. Brianna has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and leadership from Binghamton University’s School of Management.

Beth established SmartMouth in Salt Lake City in 2005 to offer Speaker Coaching, Presentation Skills Training, Media Readiness™ Training, and related services. Beth is the author of the award-winning book "Jock Talk: 5 Communication Principles for Leaders as Exemplified by Legends of the Sports World." She is also the creator of the iOS app, SmartMouth Public Speaking Toolkit, and a suite of Communication and Presentation Skills courses offered online through OpenSesame.com and GO1.com. Beth has lectured and taught at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, the University of Utah, and New York University. In 2015, Beth was one of Utah Business Magazine’s "30 Women to Watch.” She has been featured in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, the BBC, The Wall Street Journal and is a regular contributor to Forbes.com.
