Rita started her career at Goldman Sachs in London where she was awarded the Excellence in Citizenship and Diversity Award during her 10 year career there. She is also a recipient of the King's College London Distinguished Alumni Award. Rita transitioned into the healthcare industry, relocated to New York City where she took an almost 4 year career hiatus to raise her two children and founded Uma in response to her personal journey. Rita is also a regularly invited speaker at various academic institutions, Fortune 500 companies as well as global diversity and inclusion forums, such as UNESCO in Paris, Woman Who Matters in Moscow, Women in Finance in London, Women in Politics in Los Angeles and High Water Women in New York.

Reginald is the Founder of Thriving Life Coaching, their motto is "Every student needs a little TLC!" TLC is an academic readiness and life coaching service for middle school, high school and college students to maximize their full potential. The coaching helps students utilize time management, organization and study skills to do their best work. Ryder has 30 years of experience in working with secondary and postsecondary organizations as well as students from orientation to graduation via Zoom in California, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. He is a professor at Northern Virginia Community College teaching College Student Success and authored a book Passing the Baton A Guide and Memoir of College Success.

Rachael is the owner of Fiori Marketing, a social media and digital marketing firm based in Spokane, WA. She helps small businesses and solo-preneurs simplify the complex world of social media and focus on marketing that makes a difference. Rachael studied public relations at Pepperdine University and has worked in marketing for the last 9 years.
