In his career he has been a global nomad, spending the last 20 years building, transforming, and leading sales teams around the world. Jeremy Pollack is a leader in the field of workplace conflict resolution and peacebuilding. He is the Founder of Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, an international conflict resolution consulting firm. Jeremy is a master coach, master trainer, mediator, and author. He coaches and trains executives and employees at a variety of levels and industries, from Fortune 500 companies to major non-profits. Jeremy is a regular contributor on the topics of leadership and organizational conflict management to publications such as Forbes.com, Fast Company, Industry Week, and many more. Dr. Shaquinta Richardson is a Life Coach for high-achieving Black women who are ready to break free of working twice as hard to get half as much. She helps Black women balance the priorities in their lives through strategic time management, radical self-care, and boundary setting so they can actually enjoy the life they have created. She has a Ph.D. in Human Development & Family Science and is a couple and family therapist by training. She also has a private therapy practice where she specializes in issues relating to identity-related stress, intergenerational trauma, and LGBTQ+ individual and relationship issues.
Bria Taylor is not your average buttercream queen. Her graphic design influenced cakes make her one of the most sought out cake decorators in the DMV. She continues to surprise us with her amazing flavors and cake designs, but it is her perseverance as a young entrepreneur that keeps her going. She hopes to open a cake studio and classroom in the future to bring Killa Cakes to every baker enthusiasts home.
