Clarene Mitchell is the owner of TCM Communications LLC, a social media branding firm based in Mequon, Wisconsin that focuses on helping others effectively use LinkedIn to generate results. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavor, Clarene is an accomplished journalist, community activist and public relations professional. For more than 20 years she has worked to craft the image of community-based organizations and advance issues of importance. She added the title author in September 2019 when she self-published her book, “Shine Online with LinkedIn: LinkedIn Isn’t Just An Online Database of Resumes!” Clarene hopes the book helps more people understand LinkedIn more and empowers them to leverage the platform to advance their digital footprints.

Veteran news booker and producer Ashley Bernardi created Nardi Media, LLC, in 2015, a culmination of over a decade of booking and producing experience, television broadcasting, satellite media tours, radio tours, media strategy, and logistics. More important than her lengthy list of accolades—which include serving as a top booker for The Early Show on CBS News, the Senior Booker and Producer for energyNOW! on Bloomberg TV, Washington Post Live, and hosting a cooking show—is her passion for publicity. Her experience is steeped in journalism, which means research is a second language and creating connections with audiences is a close third. Ashley Bernardi has helped clients grow from zero exposure to household names on the New York Times Best Sellers list. She enjoys helping book authors, celebrities, non-profit organizations, and national brands increase their exposure, credibility, and potential for new opportunities. Ashley adds, "There’s nothing like having a client with a message that could change hearts, change lives, or change the world—and giving them a microphone.”

Caroline Joynson is a PR Strategist and the founder of Cheerleader PR. She helps passionate business owners to get media coverage and PR so they can raise their profile, build relationships and make more sales.
Caroline has worked in public relations for 20 years, both in award-winning PR agencies and as senior press officer at the UK’s National Media Museum; securing game-changing coverage across national, regional and online media. Going solo, Caroline has worked directly with a host of owner-managed creative businesses for the last six years, all of whom have turned their passion into a business from food & drink, travel, professional designer-makers and more.
Caroline launched Cheerleader PR one year ago to empower passionate business owners and entrepreneurs to become their own best cheerleader by promoting themselves with clarity and confidence. She helps them to get clear on their message and share it alongside their unique story and expertise. Caroline offers PR coaching, courses and consultancy and works with clients locally, nationally and internationally.

Winston Hofer is a marketing consultant and Founder & CEO at Madroit Marketing. After a failed semi-pro hockey career, and several jobs spent working for someone else, Winston decided that he needed more freedom and bootstrapped his company starting from nothing. The lessons and strategies he’s learned along the way are what have helped him grow his business into the success that it is today, along with relationship building and hiring smart. As an entrepreneur and business owner now since 2012, he has realized his passion which is to help small business owners get more sales & referrals and build & market their businesses. He enjoys taking on new challenges (if only to prove to himself that he can), and making himself better every single day by learning something new.

Laurence used to be an astronomer, visiting telescopes all around the world, and working for NASA and at Universities in the UK. Then 15 years ago he changed career completely to start his own photography business. We'll find out why, and what he's learnt along the way.
