DeDee Cai is the first generation immigrant who have paved her own way in getting an education, and finding meaningful work. She is the founder and CEO of FIT TO PROFIT. Her company utilizes her expertise in psychology, cognitive science, holistic wellness, physical training, and business to help executive leaders and entrepreneurs attain peak performance.

She has been in the health and wellness industry for over a decade learning how to train herself to be, not only physically fit, but mentally as well. This journey was personal for her as she knows what it’s like to go from feeling stuck, miserable and unfulfilled to feeling energized, happy and successful. She has taught thousands of students, and trained hundreds of yoga instructors whom are now changing lives every single day through their instructions. She believes that this is just the beginning, and that everyone deserves a second chance to life. Her vision through FIT TO PROFIT is to empower everyone to realize his or her true potential by making life mentorship and coaching accessible to everyone, everywhere in the world.

Andy Brenits is the Principal of Phoenix-based Brenits Creative, a branding, marketing, and creative strategy firm that helps growing businesses and business owners working (mostly) by themselves compete with name brands by creating a consistent way to look, communicate, and act.

He's a creative professional with 25+ years of experience running creative businesses specializing in branding, marketing, and design. Before founding Brenits Creative, Andy led in-house creative teams at Fortune 500 brands such as Banana Republic, The Gap, National Football League, KPMG, and Arizona Public Service.

An experienced mentor and teacher, Andy has taught undergraduate and graduate classes at Pratt Institute, Rowan University, The Art Institute of Phoenix, Sessions.edu, Columbia University, Grand Canyon University, and Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). He earned his Master’s Degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute and has a BFA in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts.

Alexandra Caspero MA, RD, CLT, RYT, is owner of Delish Knowledge and author of Fresh Italian Cooking for the New Generation. Her award-winning blog, Delish Knowledge, focuses on making whole-food, vegetarian eating deliciously simple. She is the co-founder of Plant-Based Juniors, an evidence-based platform that helps parents navigate the world of plant-based prenatal and pediatric nutrition. Additionally, she is the co-author of Joyful Eating, Nourished Life, which helps others discover a happier, healthier relationship with food and their body.

Catherine vanVonno is the President and CEO of 20four7VA, a trusted remote staffing company. She oversees the overall growth and success of the company, leads the short and long-term strategies, and manages the company's finances. While it is certainly a challenge to work with staff from all over the world, her positive attitude and progressive leadership style enabled her to overcome the hurdles and establish a thriving and solid relationship with her team of 50+ talented individuals. On any given day, you'll find Catherine managing her global team right from her kitchen table, demonstrating one of the biggest perks of remote work. Before starting 20four7VA, Catherine worked in the healthcare management industry. She has a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation Methods with a cognate in Applied Statistics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Catherine resides in Berlin, Maryland, and enjoys traveling with her husband in her free time.
