NoMan Hat Co. was founded by Raymond Metzger and Philip McNair after the two had a vision of expressing their creativity and love of art in the form of hat making. The two trained under a highly-skilled milliner in New York City before launching the company in October 2019. By trade, Ray is a Physical Therapist and Phil is an Engineer. The two are both close friends and brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Genevieve was a TV executive in NYC for 20 years when a little girl’s question changed the course of her life - and she jumped off the corporate ladder. She began delivering pajamas and books to children in shelters and in 2001 founded Pajama Program, a national non-profit which is recognized for both its success – to date having delivered 7 million new pajamas and new books to children - and Genevieve’s story. Erin started her career in television and worked for NBC in New York and was a producer on The Oprah Show. After Oprah's show ended she went back to school to become a therapist. She now has a private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she specializes in Leadership Stress, Anxiety & Depression in high functioning professionals, Transition to Parenting & Maternal Mental Health. Erin holds a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and is a fully licensed clinician (LMSW). Her unique background as a journalist, TV producer and social worker allows her to bring a blend of creativity, evidence-based training and passion to her work in wellbeing in the workplace.
Niki Montgomery is a savvy entrepreneur with an eye for innovative and classic business models. The notion that one can create products, opportunities, and experiences for others in exchange for capital has always been inspiring. Her entrepreneurial portfolio includes a myriad of businesses - consulting, real estate, e-commerce, and a brick and mortar. Despite a seemingly innate acumen for free enterprise, Niki earned a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Through workshops and events like Business Over Brunch, speaking engagements, and other outlets, Niki has shared her knowledge and experiences with many aspiring and current business owners.
Dr. Vicki Matthews is a naturopathic physician and relationship coach. In addition to her Naturopathy degree, Vicki also has a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Consumer Behavior from the University of Chicago. Vicki is passionate about helping people improve their relationships and has pioneered a system that makes it easier to get along with anybody, anytime, anyplace. This system also helps us better understand ourselves, which is arguably the most important relationship we will ever have!
