Stephanie Davis has been on the front-lines addressing issues of harassment and discrimination within organizations of all sizes for more than 20 years - both as an employment attorney in New York and since joining Employment Practices Solutions (EPS) in 2000. EPS collaborates with organizations nationwide to build respect through high-quality training, objective and unbiased complaint investigations, human resources and employment law expert testimony, and a wide range of human resources consulting services. In her role as a consultant, Stephanie delivered thousands of training sessions and investigated hundreds of workplace complaints of all kinds from sexual harassment to retaliation to bullying. Currently, Stephanie leads EPS as its President. She received her B.S. in Political Science from Barnard College and her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
Dr. Shaquinta Richardson is a Life Coach for high-achieving Black women who are ready to break free of working twice as hard to get half as much. She helps Black women balance the priorities in their lives through strategic time management, radical self-care, and boundary setting so they can actually enjoy the life they have created. She has a Ph.D. in Human Development & Family Science and is a couple and family therapist by training. She also has a private therapy practice where she specializes in issues relating to identity-related stress, intergenerational trauma, and LGBTQ+ individual and relationship issues.
It all started with three paintings for my own house; Biggie, Childish Gambino, and Drake. As people visited, requests for different rappers came in and my brand grew. When my friends started introducing me as, "This is sarah, she paints rappers" I knew I had found a fun niche and its what I've stuck to.
Summer Shine found her calling when she had just six months sober from a life long addiction to drugs and alcohol; a juice bar. Luna Juice Bar in Waco, TX had humble beginnings with low start up capitol and one employee. Shine worked hard to turn her small business into a thriving food truck located at Magnolia Silo's, a hip store front on Austin Ave and over half a million dollars in sale last year. She now employees women in the early stages of recovery. In 2015, she and her husband, Ronnie started a recovery house for women in Waco and now serve between 25-30 women annually. Shine is the mother to her best friend and road dog, 21 year-old, Haigon.
An entrepreneur from a young age, Stephanie Cartin walked away from her corporate gig to launch Socialfly, a leading social-first digital and influencer agency based in New York City. Within seven years, Socialfly has blossomed to over 30 full-time employees, helping over 200 brands including the Girl Scouts, WE tv, Conair , Nest Fragrances, 20th Century Fox and Univision. Stephanie is the Co-Author of "Like, Love, Follow: The Entreprenista's Guide to Using Social Media To Grow Your Business,” and the Co-Host of the Entreprenista Podcast. She has appeared and been featured on Bloomberg, Forbes, entrepreneur.com, Refinery29, and CheddarTV. Stephanie is also a recent recipient of the SmartCEO Brava award, which recognizes the top female CEOs in New York and a Stevie Award for Women Run Workplace of the Year.
Together we have built a successful Chiropractic/Functional Medicine Practice and Product Design and Manufacturing Business. We are currently embarking on our 3rd business venture by building a Real Estate Sales and Investing Business. We have started over, we just moved our family of 6 to NOVA from the Florida Panhandle and looking forward to the adventure and challenge of beginning life anew.

Shaun runs a small, niched safari business called Moriti Private Safaris. The safari business specialises in private safaris throughout Africa for couples, small groups of friends and families wanting a more intimate safari experience. The business has been running since 2011 and started out as a passion for the African bush and the animals that live in it.
