Erma is a lifelong Brooklynite, nearly lifelong naturalista, and owner of The Pomade Shop. She created The Pomade Shop to help fill the void all-natural pomade products. When she isn’t creating her healthy hair pomades, Erma writes about health and wellness.

He currently is connecting with the Ward 8 community of DC with a healthy lifestyle program called The Health Code to further educate the community on the three codes of living healthy which are finding your level of activity outside of work, a proper healthy nutrition, and the right type of mental and physical rejuvenation to prepare yourself for the upcoming day.

Brice is a marketer and CEO from Texas, although you can find him abroad living in Barcelona Spain these days. He’s fascinated by the way messages spread, technology moves, and teams of everyday people can create life changing businesses using a laptop and an internet connection. His company Major Impact Media helps online experts grow their business with high ticket funnels, paid ads and backend email marketing.

Anna Lundberg is the founder of One Step Outside, where she helps experienced professionals around the world design a career, a business and a lifestyle that brings them more freedom, flexibility and fulfilment - outside of the conventional 9 to 5. Adriana L. Cowdin is a 4-time entrepreneur and “retired” Corporate America C-level marketing executive who led social media marketing for a $40B retailer overseeing 150 brands and was the CDMO for a $1B home security company. In 2016, Cowdin founded Dekaf Digital, a social media marketing agency that takes the pain and uncertainty out of social media for high-growth start ups across the globe.
