It could also be for current business owners looking to gain more clients or for those who are in employment and need inspiration and motivation to connect with other like-minded women. Having lost her sister to suicide at the age of 18 and seeing women struggle with the confidence to unleash their potential throughout her life, completely flipped Sonia's world upside down. She wanted to know, what is it exactly hat makes people genuinely happy, successful and creatively fulfilled? Why do some people struggle while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging circumstances?
Scott Flear is the CEO of Rugby Warfare which is a rugby clothing brand based in the UK. Scott is a self-taught internet marketer having built and sold his first fitness site by age 19. Rugby Warfare started as a side-hustle whilst working as head of SEO for a luxury games room retailer and then Performance Marketing Manager for a social sports club in London. He's an avid Rugby fan and player and saw a gap in the market for a Rugby brand to deliver the 3 Cs, content, community and clothing.
