Best friends Amy and Kate were celebrating their shared birthday in 2017 when the conversation turned to how amazing women are when they join together for a common goal. A few months an official idea was idea sprouted and Rowan Tree coworking and cogrowth community was born. Offering both virtual and in-person memberships, they are pioneering a new way to work. Geared for women and welcome to ALL, Rowan Tree offers an inclusive, safe, and open community and coworking space. Within their growth ecosystem of women entrepreneurs and passionate allies, they intentionally foster a community of connection, collaboration, and inspiration. They infuse a mix of wellness, creativity, laughter, self-health, and kindness into their Rowgramming. In the last year, they offered over 200 workshops on professional, business, personal, well-being, and creative growth.
In 2014, Bailey Richert left her corporate career to study entrepreneurship at MIT and launch her own online, location independent business with the goal of earning her own income from anywhere in the world. Rejoy Marsella is an award winning Interior Designer who practices design from a holistic perspective. Her design is more than about creating beautiful spaces, it's about creating environments that nurture ones sense of wellbeing, peace and harmony. In 2018 she launched her Eco-Friendly Candle line, Rejoy Living with the intention of offering the most luxurious eco-friendly candles on the market.

Andrea Heuston, founder and CEO of Artitudes Design has been in the tech industry for over 30 years. Her company, Artitudes Design, is a full-service creative services and experiential design firm that specializes in connecting messages to audiences in a visually impactful way. Andrea is a respected business leader and entrepreneur who is sought after as a board member and a Keynote speaker. She passionately contributes to several nonprofit organizations and has been a prolific voice on women’s and leadership topics in the workforce. In 2020, she started her own podcast “The Lead Like a Woman Show” focusing on empowering women leaders to empower others through topical discussions and interviews with female leaders. For over thirty years, Julie Schmit, has been professionally coaching others as an energy healer. In 2018, she became a fully licensed marriage & family therapist. Julie helps people and their partners deeply connect with one another without defenses or inhibitions through her scientific and practical approach to intimacy. She offers Couple’s Energy Coaching, Private Coaching, and Group Programs.
