Originally a British industrial designer & artist, Matt turned everything upside down to launch a tech company in Sydney Australia. After a couple of false-starts, Bonjoro was born from a sales hack for his first business, where Matt would send every new lead a personal video instead of a plain-text email. Matt’s love of building great products is only surpassed by his total commitment to building great business culture, and Matt asserts that Bonjoro’s “customers as friends” culture has been the main driver of the businesses success. His goal is to be the next Zappos, to be the most loved brand in the world.
Juliana Cardona is the founder and CEO of Street Entrepreneurs. She is an inquisitive, passionate creator and organizer constantly working to drive action and local impact. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and a minor in Communications and Latin American Studies from Florida Southern College. While in college, she spent time volunteering with 20 grassroots organizations in Florida, Colorado, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Philippines, Taiwan, and Mexico. The service projects she undertook included installing solar bulbs in Manila with Liter of Light, and mentoring children in Lakeland FL with Big Brother Big Sister. Juliana has received multiple awards for her service, including a United States Congressional Bronze Certificate. As well, Juliana has also been honored by being named a Diana Davis Global Good Fund Fellow, Ford Motor Company Global Scholar, Aspen Latino Institute Fellow, and a Cologne Scholar. Prior to starting Street Entrepreneurs, Juliana collaborated with the World Bank Group’s Information Communications Technology Community of Practice for Agriculture to design and support the first Agri-Hackathon program in Uganda.
Lawrence Holland, CEO of LonoLife Inc., has been a food-industry veteran for more than 20 years, as the President of San Diego Coffee, Tea & Spice Company. Broadening his food industry experience, Lawrence is also a founding team member and CEO of LonoLife, the brand behind dry, high-protein bone broth, collagen and other healthy alternatives for on-the-go eaters. Lawrence quickly scaled the brand to $4 million between 2015 and 2018, then to $10 million in 2019. Gregg Cantor began working for Murray Lampert Design, Build, Remodel in 1977 learning all aspects of home from the ground up and around. From 1983 until 1989, Gregg worked for the company as a project manager and eventually grew into the role of head of production. In 1990, when Gregg’s grandfather Murray Lampert retired, he bought the business and took over as President/CEO running all day-to-day operations. Over the years, Gregg has been responsible for managing the design – build of over 2,000 home remodeling and construction projects including landscaping, pools, outdoor living etc. He also has made many appearances on local news in San Diego, co-hosted shows on ABC TV and IHeart Radio, as well as being quoted in national publications, educating consumers on architectural, interior design, home improvement & construction.
