Kisha A. Brown, Esq. is a passionate civil rights attorney who has spoken at countless forums on police reform, civilian rights, anti-discrimination, ex-offenders and community empowerment. Rogers Healy was born to build, market and sell. Healy is the CEO and Owner of The Rogers Healy Companies, a brand that started in the real estate sector, and has grown into a handful of successful other divisions under the Rogers Healy name. Rogers’ real estate career launched in 2001, while an undergrad at Southern Methodist University. Rogers founded Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate in 2006 and turned it into one of the most successful independently owned real estate firms in the country. Outside of the office, Rogers surrounds himself with his wife, their dogs, and music.
Patrick Bryant is a co-founder of Code/+/Trust software development firm in Charleston, SC. After co-founding his first company, Go To Team (broadcast video services) and taking it to 20 offices around the US 25 years ago, his bio is then a steady stream of starting new companies in media, rolling papers, and software. As a serial entrepreneur, he continues to start and invest in new startups including, Teamphoria (human resource engagement software), Event.Gives (fundraising event software), ADesk (crew production directory software) & Shine Rolling Papers. Bryant feels strongly about making Charleston and South Carolina a better place to work as an Entrepreneur. He serves as a Trustee of Trident Tech, on the SC Department of Workforce & Employment Workforce Review Committee, chairs the Harbor Entrepreneur Center, and was previously Chairman of Palmetto Goodwill and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. He’s recognized as a Liberty Fellow by Wofford College, a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, and as a Riley Fellow granted by Furman University.
Javier was born and raised in Mexico City and he started his career in the corporate world working for large multinationals. He then moved to the USA to get his MBA from UT Austin and decided to permanently move to Canada in 2005. Javier has built a stable and happy life in Toronto until he turned 50. He then decided it was time to reinvent himself and fulfill a life-long dream of becoming an entrepreneur. In 2015 Javier partnered up with a Mental Health expert and they both founded The House of Purpose to help employees put their emotions to work.
