Ce’Aira Brown is a professional track athlete with a psychology degree from Hampton University. Ce’Aira and her fiancé, Fortune 500 corporate accountant André, formed DreamAgain, a company based on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision. DreamAgain offers services for financial and psychological treatments for devalued individuals and communities. With over 600 members, DreamAgain provides a tax service, financial advice, and a women’s empowerment chatroom. Ce’Aira and André met through mutual friends while running track at state competitions and in the same conference in college. Ce’Aira grew up without a mom and André lost both of his parents at a young age. Their shared pain has brought them closer.
Liz Czepiel is an executive coach & learning and leadership consultant. Serving as a strategic business partner, she helps entrepreneurs bring their expertise to life through the creation of various learning initiatives including programs, workshops and masterminds and helps leaders turn exhaustion into efficiency and focus through leadership and agile coaching practices. Partners and clients include Girls With Impact, ExecOnline and MommyPoppins. In addition to her consulting practice, Liz serves on the faculty at Northeastern University and Columbia University.
Claudia Cometa is a pharmacist turned business owner who lives her life purposefully and passionately. She worked for over a decade as a clinical pharmacist, then was quickly forced to see the healthcare system from the patient side after her father was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was this year-long struggle that shifted her course permanently. She is now on a mission to help others find clarity in their own healthcare journey and ultimately seek true wellness, which integrates mind, body, and spirit.
Adessa Barker is a practicing attorney, transformative speaker and wellbeing practitioner. Adessa teaches people and organizations how to create a culture of wellness that resonates with their values and strengths. Adessa conducts workshops and talks throughout the country and is a highly sought after speaker and coach. Adessa is originally from Trinidad and Tobago and went to high school and college in Washington, DC where she currently resides.

She is the owner of Events by Yosira, a boutique MD based event planning and design company. Through her company she takes pride in mapping the complete guest experience, organizing the flow of the day and paying attention to each unique detail that bring about memorable moments.
Jennifer Hancock is a mom, author of The Bully Vaccine, and founder of Humanist Learning Systems. Her professional background is varied including stints in both the for profit and non-profit sectors. She has served as Director of Volunteer Services for the Los Angeles SPCA, sold international franchise licenses for a biotech firm, was the Manager of Acquisition Group Information for a ½ billion dollar company and served as the executive director for the Humanists of Florida. Her speaking and teaching business coalesced into the founding of Humanist Learning Systems which provides online personal and professional development training in humanistic business management and science based harassment training that actually works.
Amy is the co-founder of Inbound Back Office, back-office support for marketing agencies. She comes from a long background of working in the corporate world as an administrative assistant in many different industries. IBO started as a freelance side hustle, but it grew so fast, that she decided joined forces with Michael Reynolds, former marketing agency owner, so they could manage it together. Today IBO is a 57-employee, fully-remote, booming business. Amy resides in Pennsylvania with her amazing husband and a handful of kids and dogs.
Justin Nabity is the founder and CEO of Physicians Thrive, an advisory group helping physicians make more, manage and protect their finances. As a wealth management advisor from a family of doctors, he launched his business by traveling to medical schools nationwide to educate physicians about their unique financial, legal, and business needs. In 2016, Justin co-founded the non-profit Give Sight Global, which sponsors cataract surgeries, glasses, and other forms of eye care all over the world. After volunteering in the Navajo Nation and Tanzania, Justin and his business partner were inspired to donate a portion of their business profits to fund vision care in underserved communities, and Give Sight Global was born.

Danielle Kunkle is a founding partner at Boomer Benefits, a national top producing agency that specializes in Medicare-related insurance products across 47 states. Her team helps baby boomers navigate Medicare and choose suitable supplemental coverage. She is a member of the Forbes Finance Council where she writes about Medicare, retirement and personal finance and is also a past president of the Fort Worth chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters. Her agency was recently named the 2019 Health Insurance Advisory firm of the year by Finance Monthly.
