Adams holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Nahamani Yisrael is an Organizational Development Consultant and Senior Webmaster at Nahamani.org. She obtained her BSBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio before launching her Consulting and Communications firm. Nahamani is a certified Ice House Entrepreneurship Program facilitator. She was featured as Natural Woman Magazine Top Ten Women of The Year 2017 and 100 Wise Women of Cincinnati in 2018. Nahamani serves on the Board of Directors for Bethany House Services and is active in the West End community.

She has been on radio and TV, talking about her book, most recently on ABC’s morning show, “Believe in Yourself.” Currently, Ginny’s focus is on landing a movie deal for the screenplay, “WIN”, based on her novel, “What Is Normal?” an edgy,feature length drama,based on her life.
Ellis is the founder of EllisHammond.com and an experienced real estate investor. He manages a private network of investors that focus on acquiring multifamily commercial real estate assets. He began syndicating real estate projects in 2018 with the goal of helping his friends and colleagues build wealth and create passive cashflow outside of Wall Street. Ellis is also the director of a local Christian non-profit focused on spiritual formation and leadership development for college students in San Diego, CA.
Robert J. Kohlhepp is the Retired Chairman of Cintas Corporation. Robert joined Cintas in July 1967 as Controller. He was promoted to the positions of General Manager, Vice President, and Treasurer. In 1979 he was elected Executive Vice President, and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. In 1984 Robert was elected President, and in 1995 he was elected Chief Executive Officer. He served as Vice Chairman from 2003 to 2009 and as Chairman of the Board from 2009 to 2016.

Rita transitioned into the healthcare industry, relocated to New York City where she took an almost 4 year career hiatus to raise her two children and founded Uma in response to her personal journey. Rita is also a regularly invited speaker at various academic institutions, Fortune 500 companies as well as global diversity and inclusion forums, such as UNESCO in Paris, Woman Who Matters in Moscow, Women in Finance in London, Women in Politics in Los Angeles and High Water Women in New York.
