Lisa Harris is the owner and operator of Healing Season Wellness in Stafford, Va. where she offers a variety of alternative wellness services. In addition to Healing Season, she is also the owner of Da Kitchen Is My Lab Seasonings and is the author of two books; Rebuilding the Temple and the Five Pillars of Wellness. Lisa has spent numerous years going through both traditional and non-traditional schooling while impacting the lives of many individuals on her way. She holds a doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy, a Masters in Professional Counseling and a Bachelors in Psychology. She is a Certified Wellness Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, and holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition.

Larissa Rzemienski is a licensed professional counselor and a yoga teacher. She serves as a lululemon ambassador, and is also a cohost on The Jeremy Jude Podcast: A Shameless Podcast on Mental Health. She is passionate about mental health and helping others. She works hard and stays humble and passionate through it all!

Lyndsey Brantley is a Medical Aesthetics Practitioner and founder of Camellia Alise Skincare a natural skincare system for ingrown hair, razor bumps and stretch marks. After being laid off from her Structural engineering job she discovered a need for natural skincare products arising from sensitivities of polycystic ovarian syndrome. She won a local pitch contest in 2016 to secure her first $10,000 in capital and the company has grown rapidly since then!
