Liz Grantham is the founder of TheOptimal.me. She has more than thirty years of experience in marketing and advertising with global clients such as Visa, Shell, and Sony Mobile, working on projects including the Olympics.

Lara McElderry has a background in family sciences and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Masters Degree in Teaching. She has worked with youth and adults and has a strong interest in family dynamics. Lara has been navigating the medical world for the last seventeen years as she has supported her husband through medical school, residency, a specialty change, fellowship, as well as raising five boys. She is the founder and podcast host of Married To Doctors. Her show is an interview based weekly podcast. Spouses of physicians share their stories and experts share advice as Lara leads a discussion asking personal and hard questions that explore the joys and challenges of being Married to Doctors.

Lauren Dallas is Co-Founder of Future Females, a movement that exists to increase the number of and support the success of female entrepreneurs. Launching in August 2017 in Cape Town, Future Females is now in 40 cities globally, with 70,000 members, and also runs a three month online Business School that has supported over 800 entrepreneurs with tech-based business ideas, to turn them into profitable businesses, bringing expertise from global partners including the UK-SA Tech Hub and Techstars into South Africa. Most recently they have launched the Future Females Founders Club, and one of South Africa's first female-focused co-working space in collaboration with Inner City Ideas Cartel.

Lori Tobin is the founder of SporTobin, a Hull-based apparel company specializing in workout clothing made in the USA for adults and children since 1991. Lori has spoken actively on the South Shore and beyond about healthy eating habits and exercise, especially in young children. She has also been involved in many causes and created and continues to teach her keepgoingkidz exercise class at the elementary school in Hull.
