Nikki started her fashion career shortly after graduating from the general fine arts undergrad program. She debuted her senior collection in DC fashion week then went on to New York, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks in 2017. She began her residency with the DC Fashion Foundation in the same year in which she had a studio inside the Macy’s at metro center. There she was able to cultivate and grow her fashion company. She then went on to later participate in Feeric Fashion Week in Sibiu, Romania and London fashion week. She now has dedicated her business solely to creating masks during the pandemic. She plans on re-launching her brand in Feb 2021 to include women’s clothing, accessories and masks.
Caroline Joynson is a PR Strategist and the founder of Cheerleader PR. She helps passionate business owners to get media coverage and PR so they can raise their profile, build relationships and make more sales.
Caroline has worked in public relations for 20 years, both in award-winning PR agencies and as senior press officer at the UK’s National Media Museum; securing game-changing coverage across national, regional and online media. Going solo, Caroline has worked directly with a host of owner-managed creative businesses for the last six years, all of whom have turned their passion into a business from food & drink, travel, professional designer-makers and more.

Lynn is a long time advertising executive (formerly CEO of J. Walter Thompson NY) turned entrepreneur. Throughout her career, Lynn has been fortunate to work on some of the world's most iconic brands including American Express, Clinique, L'Oreal and Hershey's. She launched two businesses in 2020: MASAMI, clean premium haircare launched in February 2020 and Isle de Nature, luxury bee-powered home fragrance, launched in September 2020.
Dave is regarded as a leading expert in the delivery of technology services, with broad experience in both technology and business. He owned and operated an IT Solution Provider and MSP for over a decade, both acquiring other organizations and eventually being acquired. This firm was a winner of multiple awards, including Kaseya’s Cutting Edge and ConnectWise’s Best New Idea, as well as being a finalist for Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner of the Year in the Small Business Specialist category. After his MSP experience, he has worked for multiple vendors at such companies as Level Platforms, GFI, LogicNow, and SolarWinds, leading community, event, marketing, and product strategies, as well as several M&A activities. He is also the host of “The Business of Tech," and he also is a co-host on the "The Killing IT Podcast.”
Christel Wekon-Kemeni, also known as "Dr. Dub", is currently a Pediatric Resident Physician at the University of North Carolina Children's Hospital who is also the creator of the Black Man, M.D. blog, a blog designed to not only inspire those who are thinking about entering the field of healthcare but also to crush the negative stereotypes that members of minority communities face on a regular basis. Christel was born in Boston, MA, raised in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Miami, and earned his medical degree from the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He started the Black Man, M.D. blog shortly before starting medical school and has since then not only continued to share his ongoing story with his readers on a consistent basis, but has also highlighted other minority students and professionals in the healthcare field, has shared useful and practical advice as well as positive energy with the readers, and has even used his platform to start a scholarship program for high school students!
