Martin Glenday is the Founder and President of Moxie Media, a full-service media design and production company. He received his Bachelor of Arts in mass communication from the University of Vermont in 1982 and earned a Masters of Science in film production and business from Boston University in 1984. When he was just 25 years old, he founded Moxie Media to provide employee training materials for the oil and gas industry. In the 35 years since then, Moxie Media has expanded to include around 20 employees and over 500 training courses, serving more than 50,000 learners across industries.

Lauren Befus is the founder and chief historian of Memory Lane Jane, a national life story writing company that partners with individuals and families to preserve their loved ones’ life stories and legacies in custom heirloom books. Lauren’s company is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she lives with her husband and four kids, but she travels around the country interviewing and working with life story clients.

Wayne Strickland is a business coach, author, consultant, speaker, and enlightened leader. In his award-winning 38 year career, he rose to a successful Vice President at Hallmark Cards, for over 25 years, where, in his 35th year in the business, he lead the launch and development of the Hallmark Greetings business across multiple Amazon platforms. He has worked with the leading retailers across the world and lead teams of 10,000 and 5000. He has also started new organizations from scratch. He considers developing your own leadership philopsophy critical to long term success.

Judy Schramm is the CEO of ProResource, a social media agency that helps CEOs create a strong personal presence online and use social media to advance their business goals. The company has a unique methodology for personal branding that focuses on sharing thought leadership, building an audience, and moving people to action, so clients can grow their businesses faster and make a bigger dent in the universe. Judy’s network includes more than 15,000 followers on LinkedIn and 4,000 on Twitter. She blogs, speaks often at industry events, has written an ebook and many articles.

Danielle Berman has dedicated her career to helping athletes understand their full potential. She believes that athletes should be supported as individuals with unique skills, passions and interests rather than a cog in the sports industry machine. That's why she founded Tackle What’s Next, where she serves as CEO, to provide athletes of all ages, sports and circumstance the opportunity to focus on creating impact and finding purpose in life after sports.
