Sylvia Scott is the founder and CEO of the Girls' C.E.O. Connection which she launched in 2009. Her passion is to help high school girls build bright and fulfilling self-sufficient futures. She want to see independent thinking cultivated within a global community of young female entrepreneurs. Her goal for the Girls' C.E.O. Connection is to equip and motivate the girls with skills and traits of accomplished women entrepreneurs. Sylvia's personal commitment is to expand opportunities for them within entrepreneurship. Sylvia is an Ambassador for WED/Women's® Entrepreneurship Day. From 2016 to 2020 she was an e-mentor for Afghan women entrepreneurs enrolled in the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women's Peace Through Business® Program. She is also a business counselor with the Coachella Valley Women's Business Center.

Sharon Carter is a Career Agent with US Health Advisors in the Sterling, VA. In her 3 short years with US Health, Sharon has achieved some impressive milestones. In 2017, she was the #1 Agent in her office and generated $700K in sales for the year. Sharon is continuing her hot streak and is currently the #1 Agent in 2018 and is on track to generate more revenue than she did last year. Sharon wasn't always the CEO! Prior to her career in insurance sales, Sharon began her career in accounting/finance from the age of 17 and decided to do something different after being downsized one too many times. The company's motto of helping other people everyday, the flexibility and unlimited earning potential that sales offers, is what motivated her to make the switch. As an Agent as US Health, Sharon helps individuals, families and small businesses with health insurance options outside of the Affordable Care Act. She is licensed in 14 states and sells both locally and virtually.

International Women's Club was created by Sonia Aujla, age 26 from the UK who aims to support women globally. Whether this be women who want to start their own business and are not too sure how to go forward with the idea or in terms of creating a new website for them and increasing their social media presence. It could also be for current business owners looking to gain more clients or for those who are in employment and need inspiration and motivation to connect with other like-minded women. Having lost her sister to suicide at the age of 18 and seeing women struggle with the confidence to unleash their potential throughout her life, completely flipped Sonia's world upside down. She wanted to know, what is it exactly hat makes people genuinely happy, successful and creatively fulfilled? Why do some people struggle while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging circumstances?
