Known as the Aesthetic Entrepreneur, Jendayi is a multi-hyphenate trailblazer & the founder of two brands dedicated to content creation for women-owned businesses. After pursuing photography as a hobby for many years, Jendayi was inspired to use her craft in a more meaningful way by officially starting Jendayi Asha Creative in 2010. Over the past 5 years, she has fine-tuned the vision for the company by helping women entrepreneurs package their purpose into compelling brands using design and photography. Most recently Jendayi launched her boldest venture yet, Honey Social - a stock imaging and strategic resource platform for women of color. No matter what avenue it's through, Jendayi's passion lies in using her creative talents to assist brands in growing their businesses into visually appealing powerhouses.
Janaka is the founder and the CEO of Tastefinder. Janaka holds bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Technology Management from George Mason University. He is project manager working as an independent project management consultant to the US government. He is a former restaurant owner and an avid foodie.

Jared Bauman is the Co Founder of 201 Creative Media, a digital marketing agency that specializes in SEO, Social Media, and Marketing for small and medium businesses. Prior to 201 Creative Media, he was a Co Founder and President of ShootDotEdit, the premium post processing company for professional wedding photographers worldwide. Jared has 20 year history of leading new innovation in marketing efforts, both as a consultant and business owner. A nationally known public speaker, Jared has spoken in front of tens of thousands in public and online educational events, along with releasing a book titled “ Simple Steps to Master Public Speaking “, which reached #1 on Amazon in Public Speaking during its first week.
Justin Nabity is the founder and CEO of Physicians Thrive, an advisory group helping physicians make more, manage and protect their finances. As a wealth management advisor from a family of doctors, he launched his business by traveling to medical schools nationwide to educate physicians about their unique financial, legal, and business needs. In 2016, Justin co-founded the non-profit Give Sight Global, which sponsors cataract surgeries, glasses, and other forms of eye care all over the world. After volunteering in the Navajo Nation and Tanzania, Justin and his business partner were inspired to donate a portion of their business profits to fund vision care in underserved communities, and Give Sight Global was born.
John has helped thousands of entrepreneurs succeed in their business by doing outsourcing differently. He created and runs OnlineJobs.ph, the largest website for finding Filipino virtual workers, with over 1,000,000 Filipino resumes and over 300,000 employers from around the world using it. He works about 17 hours per week, choosing to spend his time with his family rather than working.
Jinal Sampat is jewelry designer at Sampat Jewellers. Her focus is on innovation and creation of jewelry pieces that are meaningful and hold long term value. She creates versatile designs with Indo-Western elements. Jinal holds her graduate degree from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
Juliana Cardona is the founder and CEO of Street Entrepreneurs. She is an inquisitive, passionate creator and organizer constantly working to drive action and local impact. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and a minor in Communications and Latin American Studies from Florida Southern College. While in college, she spent time volunteering with 20 grassroots organizations in Florida, Colorado, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Philippines, Taiwan, and Mexico. The service projects she undertook included installing solar bulbs in Manila with Liter of Light, and mentoring children in Lakeland FL with Big Brother Big Sister. Juliana has received multiple awards for her service, including a United States Congressional Bronze Certificate. As well, Juliana has also been honored by being named a Diana Davis Global Good Fund Fellow, Ford Motor Company Global Scholar, Aspen Latino Institute Fellow, and a Cologne Scholar. Prior to starting Street Entrepreneurs, Juliana collaborated with the World Bank Group’s Information Communications Technology Community of Practice for Agriculture to design and support the first Agri-Hackathon program in Uganda.
Jodie is the owner of JC Social Media, a team of social media managers based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. She co-founded Clever Tykes, a series of children’s storybooks inspiring enterprising behaviour, which are read in every primary school in the UK and have just launched in the USA. She was included in Forbes’ 30 under 30 list in 2017 and won the 2017 Entrepreneurs Champion award at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. She also competes for Great Britain in powerlifting.
Jill Salzman is currently growing her third entrepreneurial venture, The Founding Moms, where she helps mom entrepreneurs around the world build better businesses. She’s the author of The Best Business Book In The World, newly released, she's a co-host of Inc. Magazine’s top-rated entertaining business podcast, Breaking Down Your Business, she gave her own TED talk on 11/11/11, and Forbes’ named The Founding Moms one of the Top 10 Websites For Entrepreneurs. She’s shared the speaker stage with Richard Branson, Sheryl Sandberg, Daymond John, Marilu Henner, and in her spare time, Jill enjoys kloofing, baking, and erasing her daughters’ crayon artwork from the kitchen walls.
