Lyndsay Springer is the Founder and President of the Chike Springer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on improving treatment options and outcomes in Lymphoma and increasing diversity in cancer research. The foundation is in honor and memory of Chike Springer, Lyndsay's late husband, who passed away at 29 after a year-long battle with non-Hodkin's Lymphoma. The Foundation believes in disrupting the current way we think about clinical research and designing a patient-centered way forward. They focus on issues of health equity, striving to achieve more cures for more people. They believe that together we can do anything, together we overcome.
Debra Young is Co-Founder/Managing Partner of Sheer Velocity, LLC a global retained executive search firm with headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Debra started Sheer Velocity in 2012 and has grown the business into a global organization with offices across the country and reach in 40 countries around the world through INAC Global Executive Search. Sheer Velocity is hired by organizations to find them very specific executive leadership talent. Through Sheer Velocity's proprietary search process they have solidified themselves as a thought leader in the executive recruitment space.

Christy Evon is Director and Co-Owner of Health Vantis, a medical facilitation business. She started her business after experiencing the Canadian health care system and frustrations with it while living there. Her background consists of a 14 year career in the US insurance industry and she has a Master's in Business from Indiana Wesleyan. She currently resides in Indianapolis, IN with her 2 boys.
Suzy and Michael are the Founders of Adventurous Real Estate Investors. They specialize in Return on Impact. Through real estate investing they create immeasurable impacts; in their family, with their friends, in their community, with the families (residents) they serve.
Shane is an expert in Business Development and Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Team Development. After over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Shane decided to use his passion for technology to improve healthcare operations and products. In 2018, he launched Hooray Health, an unconventional health insurance company that works hard to make healthcare coverage simple, accessible, and affordable.
Bethany Quinn is the Cofounder and CEO of Street Investors Exchange (SieX), which aims to move the needle on diversity in early-stage investment by enabling institutional investment in startups. Before that, she worked at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) on their private equity campaign and as a Legislative Assistant, and did a fellowship at SoGal Ventures. She has a BA from the University of Miami and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
Denise Casagrande is the President and COO of PCG Digital. Her days are spent leading and growing the digital agency while making advancements in digital marketing that her team can provide for their clients. She wrote her first book 'Can You See Me Now?' in 2017, is an international speaker, a 40 under 40 award recipient, and a thought leader in social media marketing and advertising. Denise resides at the Jersey Shore with her husband George, and can always be found at the local beach.
