Lee Eisenstaedt is the founder of Leading With Courage Networking, an all-virtual, B2B networking community for trusted advisors with 10 or more years of experience. He designed LWCN based on his 40+ years of experience as a senior finance and operations executive in the US and Europe, and as a member of countless networking groups. Lee has addressed some of the larger opportunities he feels are being overlooked by most networking groups and has designed a community for who are today and the world we're evolving into.

Sahar is an Iranian immigrant, neutralized American who fled to America to pursue her higher education degree which she was banned by the government of Iran due to her religion beliefs. Here in the U.S, she attended University of Maryland, college park and received her B.A in Cell Biology and Molecular genetics. She worked at biotech companies for few years before she realized cooperate job is not a good fit for her or her growing family. Sahar's passion for cooking fresh homemade meals and research proofs of positive impacts of gut health and fit brain were driving forces to establish her Persian Fusion simmer sauce company, Spice of Life, L.L.C.

Kari Warberg Block, an unlikely disruptor, challenged an industry that by its very nature is toxic. As the Founder & CEO of EarthKind, Kari discovered that 98% of pest control solutions sold were poison & kill methods – so she set out to invent a better solution: plant-based pest control powered by nature. Kari was the first to develop, manufacture, and commercialize poison-free rodent and insect repellents for farm and home use, with a mission to build a purpose led company to create change through business. Once a mom on food stamps Kari started EarthKind with nothing more than a package of garden seeds and a vision, and has built it into $20 million company. Kari was selected as an Ernst & Young “Entrepreneurial Winning Women,” and has gone from being a part of her local homemakers club to advising the SBA, Congress and the White House on policy that impacts women in business. She has been featured in CNBC, the New York Times, Huffington Post and Forbes.

Dr. Alexis Moreno is a consulting psychologist and founder of Wit & Reason. Passionate about the interplay between media, culture, and human behavior, she has decided to dedicate her consulting services to enhance media corporations and the creative workforce.

Joel Poznansky was excited to come to business school in the USA from England, more excited to marry, have 3 wonderful children who make fun of his accent and pursue an entrepreneurial career, primarily in publishing, and finally, most excited - and most recently- to become a grandfather and, too late for his own children's direct benefit, help a friend bring his very successful British toy retailer, Wicked Uncle, to the USA.
