Mike owns a Sandler Training Center in Los Angeles, where he coaches and trains sales professionals, business owners, and professions through the attitudes, behaviors, and techniques that drive sales. Prior to owning a Sandler Training Center, he was a professor and director at Loyola Marymount University, where he focused on leadership development. Mike is a passionate leader that is dedicated to collaborating with professionals to build a systemic and sustainable culture for business growth.

Melissa Morris is a Business Operations Consultant who specializes in client processes - think client onboarding, management and offboarding. She uses her 10 years of client management experience to help service based business owners streamline and automate these processes. Melissa’s been seen in INC Magazine and Keap Business Success Blog and heard on podcasts such as Boss Mom and The Sassy Strategist. She frees business owners from overwhelm so they can actually work ON their business and not just IN their business.

Melissa Rodriguez is a Marketing and Advertising Specialist and the Founder of Social Media Relations out of Los Angeles, California. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in branding, content production, social media marketing and public relations. Melissa holds BS degrees in Global Perspectives and Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University. Melissa’s contributions to Social Media Relations have contributed to their 5-star rating across multiple platforms including Google, Yelp and Facebook. A visionary at heart, it is Melissa's mission to take your brand online and create relationships that matter.

Melanie Padgett Powers is the owner of MelEdits. She is a freelance writer, managing editor, copy editor and proofreader in Silver Spring, Maryland, who primarily works with membership associations and health care organizations. She has a journalism degree and was previously a newspaper reporter in her home state of Indiana. Melanie is also the creator and host of the Deliberate Freelancer podcast, which focuses on the business side of freelancing.

Dr. Melissa Briggs-Phillips is a Clinical Psychologist with a non traditional career path. After completing her PhD she spent years serving as Project Director, Executive Director and Chief-of-Staff in various settings. She never stopped teaching as an adjunct professor, and maintained a part time commitment to clinical work. In 2014 she decided to blend her diverse background (managing people, teams, budgets with her therapist self) and launched Next Generation Behavioral Health. She is an Executive Therapist that works with leaders on their internal worlds to they can show up as their best selves in their professional roles. Her teaching these days is speaking and presenting at conferences, with the hopes that people leave thinking about something from a new angle, and action items to use immediately in their lives.
