Zack Blakeney is the owner of Sol Force Training. I choose love and I choose to be happy. Both feelings are centered around my passion for helping my clients transform their lives. Erica N. Reed is a Psychotherapist and Corporate Trainer and her focus is on Leading From Within to Create Success in All Areas of Life. As a psychotherapist, Erica works with her clients to develop healthy mindsets and behaviors, resulting in higher levels of confidence, loving relationships and an overall feeling of personal fulfillment. Since the workplace has a huge impact on our overall mental health, Erica also provides corporate training to teach organizations how to focus on the human side of business. Her training and keynote presentations focus on optimizing the personal and professional strengths of employees, resulting in high performing and collaborative teams. Taking her clinical and training expertise to the classroom, Erica is an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University and Catholic University of America.

Clarene Mitchell is the owner of TCM Communications LLC, a social media branding firm based in Mequon, Wisconsin that focuses on helping others effectively use LinkedIn to generate results. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavor, Clarene is an accomplished journalist, community activist and public relations professional. For more than 20 years she has worked to craft the image of community-based organizations and advance issues of importance. She added the title author in September 2019 when she self-published her book, “Shine Online with LinkedIn: LinkedIn Isn’t Just An Online Database of Resumes!” Clarene hopes the book helps more people understand LinkedIn more and empowers them to leverage the platform to advance their digital footprints.

At 23, Rebecca was struggling with pre-diabetes and autoimmune disorders, and had to switch to a grain-free, plant-based, no-sugar diet to improve her health. After having a difficult time finding breakfast products she could eat, she created her own: Swapples, plant-based toaster waffles. Swapples are made from whole yuca root and 7 other real-food ingredients or less. Rebecca has grown Swapples to over 300 grocery retailers in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast, successfully launched e-commerce to ship directly, and seeks to continue growing the company nationwide.

Rasheedah is Principal and Co-founder at RC Communications, a Washington, DC-based strategic communications firm. She works with clients to media coach them, create branding and marketing strategies, crisis communication plans, and fundraising campaigns. Her passion is helping women business and government leaders define their brand and raise their profile. She is also a highly sought-after commentator for US and international media where she shares her expertise and analysis of US and international affairs. She is a proud native South Carolinian and alumna of Howard University.
