Lauren Befus is the founder and chief historian of Memory Lane Jane, a national life story writing company that partners with individuals and families to preserve their loved ones’ life stories and legacies in custom heirloom books. Lauren’s company is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she lives with her husband and four kids, but she travels around the country interviewing and working with life story clients.

Ce’Aira Brown is a professional track athlete with a psychology degree from Hampton University. Ce’Aira and her fiancé, Fortune 500 corporate accountant André, formed DreamAgain, a company based on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision. DreamAgain offers services for financial and psychological treatments for devalued individuals and communities. With over 600 members, DreamAgain provides a tax service, financial advice, and a women’s empowerment chatroom. Ce’Aira and André met through mutual friends while running track at state competitions and in the same conference in college. Ce’Aira grew up without a mom and André lost both of his parents at a young age. Their shared pain has brought them closer.

Katherine McGraw Patterson, known as KP, is a brand and business strategist who works with small businesses and entrepreneurs to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. A fourth-generation entrepreneur, KP started her first business in Hong Kong in 1999. Since then, she's helped businesses here in the US, Canada, and across the world build actionable strategies that results in revenue growth, increased clarity and focus, and greater satisfaction in their operations. KP is the founder of WEBO Network, a professional development and networking group for women entrepreneurs and business owners and is the author of a new book on networking, "Lunching with Lions: Strategist for the Networking-Averse" that helps professionals in all industries identify the right groups and connections to achieve their professional and business goals.

Lauren is owner and operator of Good Vibrations Complete Health and Wellness and founder of Move To Connect. Move To Connect is a membership of women coming together to find movement as medicine and move their bodies as an act of self love. Lauren is passionate about rewriting our stories of what it means to be healthy, busy free of these societal norms and help women feel sexy and strong in their bodies- every shape, every size. I’m a firm believer our biggest wins come from going after our core desired feelings vs our desired weight goals.

Rob Braiman is the CEO / Managing Member of Cogent Analytics, a business management consulting firm. Since 2005, he has personally engaged with over 1800 small to medium size businesses. An entrepreneur himself, he knows, first hand, the challenges of the journey, and his passion is to help others achieve success and long-term profitability that also results in enhancing quality of life. A business analyst by trade, he founded Cogent Analytics in 2014 to provide solutions for small business owners. In 5 years, he has helped many small businesses achieve their goals and in the process has grown Cogent Analytics from 6 people to over 120; and, has ranked on the Inc 500 and Inc 5000 fastest growing companies in the country 2 years in a row (and is on deck for a 3rd).
