You may have see on him on Forbes, USA Weekly, or on the TED stage. A native Californian and raised in Silicon Valley, he graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Computer Science. During his time in college, he was training for the Olympics under 3 time Olympian Tore Gustafsson, but left that pursuit because software engineering paid more. Unlike other experts on millennials, Jeff has been in the trenches of what it means to be a millennial and what it takes to retain and keep them engaged. With Jeff ‘s versatile background, he has addressed companies like Amazon and Google as well as thousands of professionals across the North America.
Jonathan Kazarian is the Founder and CEO of Accelevents, a leading virtual, hybrid, and in-person event management platform recently recognized by Inc. 5000 as a top 200 fastest-growing private company in America. As CEO, Jon is focused on leading the company’s vision of helping event planners and marketing professionals transform their events through innovative technology solutions. As an industry thought leader, Jon actively publishes insights on the events landscape and frequently speaks at industry events such as EventMB’s Event Tech Innovation Summit, BizBash Live, and INBOUND. Jon also chairs the board for the Fall Formal fundraiser benefiting the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Christan Hiscock is on a personal mission to change the conversation in the business world, moving away from the pursuit of success, to focusing on fulfillment instead. Because if you’re fulfilled, success is a given, but not so much the other way around. You’ll often hear him saying, “You mean more than you know,” because he believes that as people learn to understand their worth, their fears fade, and amazing feats become reality. He considers this the foundation for all his achievements as the Co-Founder and CEO of Kardia and leader of 16 thriving companies. Through Kardia, which means heart in Greek, Christan is determined to bring more heart into the business world.
Living a life of wellness has always been a part of him - since growing up eating fresh food from his grandparents' garden, playing baseball throughout school and enjoying time in the mountains surrounding his family's southwest VA home. After six years of active duty, Chase was medically discharged from the military due a string of injuries that ultimately required him to have bilateral reconstructive hip surgeries. After learning how to walk again, twice, exercise as medicine and healthy lifestyle modifications became his passion.
Alex Jarbo is a short-term rental developer and manager. He was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. He served in the Marine Corps for 4 ½ years where he was stationed in Washington DC apart of the Marine Corps Honor Guard. He left the Marine Corps at 22 years old to pursue his career as a real estate professional. He is the founder and CEO of Sargon Investments and he has a goal of developing 650 cabins in the next 3 years. Alex holds a MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development and is currently finishing a Doctorate in Business with a concentration in Leadership. He is the host of the YouTube Channel Alex Builds where he teaches the ins and out of short-term development and management.

Nataliya Kalava is a finance professional with approximately ten years of professional experience in financial services industry including: business valuation, public accounting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Nataliya is the founder and owner of Araliya Valuation Consulting, AVC - a business valuation consulting firm. Nataliya performs valuation analyses for both individuals and corporate entities including for M&A, gift and estate tax planning purposes, financial reporting, transaction support and litigation. Prior to AVC, Nataliya worked at Equinix Inc., Humana Inc., BDO LLP, Sigma Valuation Consulting Inc. and PwC. Nataliya earned a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management.
Becky is the owner and CEO of three companies, all of which focus on helping people be their best. She is an avid leaner and is constant pursuit of ways to identify limiting behaviors and blind spots. Becky serves on several for and not-for-profit boards and is the President of the Nashville Chapter of The Private Directors Association. In her spare time, Becky loves to listen to Podcasts and Audible books while hiking, walking or riding her bike. She has been married for 33 years and has three adult children.

A native Nashvillian, LeShane is CEO and Co-founder of Sagents and Founder of SalesCocktail.com. Prior to his current ventures, LeShane Founded Pishon Sales Outsourcing. In 2016, he was selected by Google and Code2040 to serve as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Googles Tech Hub. A graduate of the University of Memphis, LeShane received his BBA with a concentration in MIS. LeShane also completed the “Building High Performing Businesses” Executive Education program at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
