Ryan is the owner of Minute Women Home Care, a private home health care company located in Lexington, MA 6 miles outside of Boston. Established in 1969, Ryan bought the company from his Aunt in 2011 and has been focused on growing his business. Ryan is also on the board of directors for the National Aging In Place Council, a non-profit which helps connect seniors to proper senior care services. Ryan host two podcasts, The Caregiver Toolbox, and Conversation with Tara and Ryan. In his free time, Ryan enjoys golf, snowboarding and spearfishing.

Ryan Paugh is the COO and co-founder of The Community Company, the organization revolutionizing the future of professional organizations. Ryan co-founded Brazen Careerist, a career-management site for high-achieving young professionals and ambitious college students, and Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC), an invitation-only organization for leading entrepreneurs.

Ryn Gargulinski (aka Rynski) is a writer, artist, speaker, Reiki master and certified professional coach who once traded her artwork on the streets of New York City just to eat and get her daily beer. She has since given up drinking and now has enough money to eat (even organic!). She has also expanded her art into a successful enterprise, her writing into a thriving business, and her coaching and speaking into a growing practice that has already helped many realize and expand into their true potential. She has nine published books, two dogs, several journalism awards, an online Etsy art shop and more than 20 years in recovery from alcohol.

At 23, Rebecca was struggling with pre-diabetes and autoimmune disorders, and had to switch to a grain-free, plant-based, no-sugar diet to improve her health. After having a difficult time finding breakfast products she could eat, she created her own: Swapples, plant-based toaster waffles. Swapples are made from whole yuca root and 7 other real-food ingredients or less. Rebecca has grown Swapples to over 300 grocery retailers in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast, successfully launched e-commerce to ship directly, and seeks to continue growing the company nationwide.
