Kim Maire became a LeTip member during the last two years of her banking career and she loved LeTip so much that she decided to join the company and became the Regional Director of Arizona. She was promoted to the LeTip National Training Director in 2003. In 2004, she was promoted to Executive Vice President and became the President of LeTip in 2005. In February 2008, Kim Marie purchased LeTip and became the CEO/Owner.

Patrick is a venture capitalist and the author of Fear of Missing Out: Practical Decision-Making in a World of Overwhelming Choice. Patrick coined the term FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), as well as the related term FOBO (Fear of a Better Option) in a 2004 article in the student newspaper of Harvard Business School.
