In her spare time, Nicole advances the customer success and women in tech movements as the Co-President of PulseLocal DC and as a contributor for MsTech.

Niki Montgomery is a savvy entrepreneur with an eye for innovative and classic business models. The notion that one can create products, opportunities, and experiences for others in exchange for capital has always been inspiring. Her entrepreneurial portfolio includes a myriad of businesses - consulting, real estate, e-commerce, and a brick and mortar. Despite a seemingly innate acumen for free enterprise, Niki earned a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Nicholas Grillo is the owner of Tranquility Smart Homes and Security, LLC. which has quickly become known as the DMVs Audio/Visual experts. Tranquility is a covid startup that was founded by Nick during his transition out of the United States Air Force, where he served 10 years in a multitude of jobs and assignments.

Nathan Hirsch is a 30 year old 10 year entrepreneur and expert in remote hiring and eCommerce. He started his first eCommerce business out of his college dorm room and has sold over $30 million online. He is now the co-founder and CEO of FreeeUp.com, a marketplace that connects businesses with pre-vetted virtual assistants, freelancers and agencies in eCommerce, digital marketing, and much more. He regularly appears on leading podcasts, such as Entrepreneur on Fire, and speaks at live events about online hiring tactics.
